Cons:

Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof, d.h. die Vorhänge am Fenster bleiben geschlossen, damit man nicht reinsehen kann, sodass man sich in einem Zimmer praktisch ohne Fenster aufhält.
Bis 23.00 gibt es im Innenhof life music, die im Zimmer sehr gut hörbar ist (davor kann man kaum einschlafen).
Die Duschwände sind unten undicht, sodass beim Duschen Wasser auf den Boden im Bad fliesst und ihn sehr rutschig macht.
Das Zimmer hat keine Schränke, sondern nur einen Kleiderständer, an dem man die Kleider am Bügel aufhängen kann. Dieser war jedoch sehr instabil und ist ein paar Mal auseinandergefallen.

La habitación muy pequeña y los acabados. Todos los accesorios estaban instalados de forma que por cualquier toque se caían. El agua en la ducha se salía al resto del baño.

Auf den ersten Blick sehr schön.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Schönes altes Gebäude.

Cons:

Im Innenhof laufen den ganzen Tag sehr laute Ventilatoren. Ich denke es waren 5 Stück riesige Teile die einen Höllen Lärm machen.
Bedienung gibt es am Pool erst wenn man selbst zur Bar geht.

Très belle maison historique peu de chambre très beaux espaces communs, l’emplacement au croît de la ville historique

Cons:

Le bruit le samedi soir le petit déjeuner il n’y a plus rien en stock, la salle de bain qui fuit les wc sans intimité

Hotel is beautiful with great potential. However would like response and compensation due to error!

The hotel has a lot of potential. Quaint, nice rooms. Great location and good vibe.

Cons:

No closet space. Had to leave luggage and items packed as we did not have a place to store and/or hung clothes. Asked for water puddle to be cleaned and never did during our entire stay. Were locked out the first night. DOOR COMPLETELY CLOSED and a guest had to open the door. No one was around and it was pretty scary. Waited outside for several minutes. This is around 12:30 am. Breakfast was fair with croissants not being available until after 10:00 am. Left one night early.

Hotel e quarto não reservado via booking, a funcionária do check in ainda sugeriu que eu cancelasse minha reserva para fazê-la diretamente com o hotel. Percebendo a astúcia do El Marques, neguei também. Foi aí que está funcionária do check in, orientada pela manager que se recusou a vir falar comigo ao telefone, sugeriu que eu fosse almoçar e que tudo, em 1
Hora, seria resolvido. Fui almoçar. Ao retornar ao hotel, percebi que as fotos da suíte que eu havia reservado não eram mais aquelas do quarto que eu havia reservado, ou seja, modificaram as fotos no BOOKING para se ter uma ( falsa) aparência de normalidade no quarto agora oferecido. Não aceitei ficar no quarto ( com duas camas num mesmo espaço, ao contrário do por mim reservado que havia 2 andares), mas ainda assim, o hotel nada fez.
Resultado: em pleno carnaval em Cartagena, fiquei sem

Pros:

A localização é espetacular, assim como a acomodação dos quartos, roupa de cama e qualidade na estrutura do hotel. Porém o que fica BEM A DESEJAR é o café da manhã, além de ser lá carte, poucas opções e o pior, sem opção de repetir! Isso achei bem ruim.
Porque é uma diária cara para não ter um café da manhã apropriado para o hotel. A comida é deliciosa, porém muito limitado e não opção de repetir.
O resto é maravilhoso.
