Located in the Zona Hotelera district, the resort is just a short distance from La Isla Shopping Mall, Coco Bongo, and Beto Avila Stadium. With Cancún International Airport only 10 km away, your tropical retreat awaits at Condo Seaside Beach Resort.
Upon arrival, directions will be provided on how to retrieve the keys from the lock box. A personal concierge will contact you for important information about your stay. A $45 USD cleaning fee will be charged at the time of check in. Maid service is not provided. Additional cleanings can be requested upon arrival for an additional fee.

I loved the location right on the Caribbean Sea with a perfect access to the beach.
Beautiful views to the sea, white sand, and palm trees everywhere.

The units location was great with a beautiful view of the ocean!
It really needs to be cleaned on a deeper level. It wasn’t extremely cleaned.
You can tell the cleaning ladies do it quickly.
The bathroom section would need some renovations.
The private beach was nice and close. Resort was further down the Hotel Zone with less noise and people.
A full list of issues:
A mildew smell to the room.
The towels were damp.
A used plunger with toilet paper stuck to it sitting next to the toilet in plain view.
Some outlets did not work.
The WiFi was very patchy, making it impossible to resolve an issue I had with my airline travel, kicking me out of a help chat every few minutes.
There was construction being done to the pool that we were not made aware of. No pool access whatsoever, constant drilling and pounding through all daylight hours.
Worst of all, stains on the headboard of the bed. When we asked for a resolution we were not offered another room, but they showed up with trash bags and duct tape to cover the headboard. Completely ruining our romantic evening in Cancun.
Overall the conditions made us feel like we were staying in a motel, for a higher price than the very nice AirBNB we stayed at earlier on the trip, in the same exact Solymar building. We will not be returning to this location.

i will say when I booked through Booking.com that night I received 8 emails from the Condo company that was very confusing and scary and a few emails mentioned Playa del Carmen.. I had to contact you to make sure I only had one reservation and it was in Cancun
