Only staying in Atour when coming to Guangzhou for business now
Pros:

We loved the hotel, facilities, all bonuses, got a room upgrade, staff was amazing. We got help for everything within minutes of texting them on WeChat. They were very adorable with our baby and she got very excited each time she saw them. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Helped us reach airport security and police when we realised something was lost in Beijing airport.

Cons:

Location was a bit uncomfortable with a stroller. We were overwhelmed trying to get to the park with so many bikes around and trying not to get into an accident. Would be nice also if they started using the parking behind the hotel for taxis.

Definitely staying here when coming for business
Pros:

We absolutely loved the hotel and even more so the staff. Everyone at reception very friendly, sweet and helpful. In reach within minutes through WeChat or reception at any time of day or night. Would definitely come again.

Cons:

A bit hard to get around with a stroller going for a walk outside of the hotel.

Pros:
