There was room for improvement in the room but since they told me that the room is not in the greatest shape before me going there It wouldn’t be right to say something was bad.

Cleaning in restaurant could be more improved

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir mehr als 1 1/2 Std. warten bis jemand an der Reception verfügbar war. Dann ab ins Zimmer natürlich ohne Kofferservice. Dann war das Bett voller Flecken und Haare. Wir mussten neue Bettwäsche verlangen, die wir dann selbst wechseln mussten. Keine Handtücher im Zimmer vorhanden. Wir waren 4 Tage hier und das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt. Nur Handtücher wurden zusammengenommen und neue Handtücher aufs Bett gelegt. Im Beschrieb des Hotels waren Einrichtungen aufgeführt die nicht vorhanden sind. z.B. Hausschuhe, Bademantel, Haartrockner, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Minibar, Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Alles nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank leer. Das ganze Hotel ist schlecht in Stand. Im Bad hat es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Utensilien. Die Toiletten im Restaurant sehr schmutzig. Das Essen im Hotel ist ungeniessbar. Wir haben Hamburger mit Pommes und ein Club Sandwich bestellt zum Nachtessen. Es war innert 5 Minuten am Tisch. Aber alles war kalt. Das Club Sandwich nur 3 Scheiben weisses Toastbrot nicht getostet. Dazwischen je 1 Scheibe Trutenbrust angelaufen. Dann am anderen Morgen die nächste Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück ist absolut unwürdig für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Alles angelaufen. Gipfeli und Brot alles schwammig. Kaffee in Pappbecher aus der Maschine. Früchte Zwetschen und Birnen angefault. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel das schlimmste was wir je gesehen haben und wir waren schon in vielen Hotels. Wie die 4 Sterne erhalten haben ist uns ziemlich unverständlich.

Aufzüge kaputt

1. Staff in the dining area are not professional. We bought drinks from the bar within 15 minutes of arrival. Was rudely asked "Where did we buy it from"
2. Pizzas were burned black. Second pizza arrives one hour later. Both should have been then same, though both were completely different. Waiter lied through his teeth.
3. OH&Safety in the rooms is unsafe and very below standard. Power points are exposed and unsafe for children.
4. Walls have holes all around the rooms.
5. Bathroom had leakage of water from the shower. Very unsafe to walk in bathroom. We were stepping in water.
6. Some of the time, the lefts were not working.

The 3 ladies cleaning our room were exceptional good. I could say the only friendly staff that we came across.

It is a shame that nice apartments are so neglected. The focus is probably on the casino and not the everyday customers that wish to enjoy their stay.

*A punched hole in bathroom door?? room 400.
*Cracks in bathroom ceiling.
*When checking out early, no personnel. Left key on desk.
*Holes in the bedding. When they 'changed' the sheets, the holes were still there....either they all have holes in all the sheets, or they just didn't actually change the sheets, the latter is more likely.
*You have to pay for beds near the private hotel beach.
*Can't bring your own food or drink to the swimming pool.
*They don't vacuum clean your room throughout your stay.
