Prelep pogled, lep apartman i ocajan "hotel" i usluga..
Pros:

Dorucak nije mogao da bude gori, samo smo jednom otisli i narednih dana se nismo vracali. Plus ti pet konobara broji zalogaje nekog bajatog djevreka. Najjeftinija zasladjena vodica sa aromom pomorandze i iseceno parce koje pluta po njoj. Dve vrste salame, koju ne dopune dok ne ostane poslednji list...

Cons:

Higijena je na ocajnom nivou, frizider je bio prljav, kao i tepisi, prozori, ugaona garnitura. Pokrivac na francuskom je bio za jednu osobu, a nisu ostavili navlaku za drugi.. od jeftinih jastuka me je ceo dan boleo vrat. Internet nije radio dok im nismo rekli da hocemo da napustimo smestaj. Nisu hteli da nam vrate novac vec su malo pometlali sobu i ubacili nam novi ruter koji je radio.

Φως που αναβόσβηνε με την παραμικρή κίνηση λόγω φωτοκύτταρου με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε κάθε φορά που γυρνούσαμε στο κρεβάτι.
Το πρωινό αντί για 07:30 προσφέρθηκε στις 08:30.
Η ρεσεψιόν δεν μας είχε ενημερώσει ότι θα καθυστερούσε το πρωινό. Πήγαμε στις 07:00 μας είπε 07:30. Πήγαμε στις 07:30 Μας είπε 08:00 και τελικά φάγαμε στις 08:30.
Το βράδυ είχε φασαρία.

Osebje ni nič krivo, se pa izgovarja na preobremenjenost strežnika, bilo pa nas je 10 v hotelu za 200 ljudi.

The staff plays a very important role in making a vacation good.
Pros:

This stay was mostly memorable because of the staff that worked on the reception.
Due to some mistake that happened while using this app - I made a reservation for certain dates and when I got there in the system the reservation was shown the day after the one i was supposed to stay, so instead of leaving me without a room to sleep even though the the hotel was shown as a fully booked the receptionist after some time managed to find me a room and charged me the same fee as it was initially supposed to be and not more.

Cons:

There was room for improvement in the room but since they told me that the room is not in the greatest shape before me going there It wouldn’t be right to say something was bad.

Es war schrecklich.
Pros:

Nur die Lage war sehr schön. Alles anderes mehr als schlecht.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir mehr als 1 1/2 Std. warten bis jemand an der Reception verfügbar war. Dann ab ins Zimmer natürlich ohne Kofferservice. Dann war das Bett voller Flecken und Haare. Wir mussten neue Bettwäsche verlangen, die wir dann selbst wechseln mussten. Keine Handtücher im Zimmer vorhanden. Wir waren 4 Tage hier und das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt. Nur Handtücher wurden zusammengenommen und neue Handtücher aufs Bett gelegt. Im Beschrieb des Hotels waren Einrichtungen aufgeführt die nicht vorhanden sind. z.B. Hausschuhe, Bademantel, Haartrockner, Wasserkocher, Wäscheständer, Minibar, Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Alles nicht vorhanden. Kühlschrank leer. Das ganze Hotel ist schlecht in Stand. Im Bad hat es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Utensilien. Die Toiletten im Restaurant sehr schmutzig. Das Essen im Hotel ist ungeniessbar. Wir haben Hamburger mit Pommes und ein Club Sandwich bestellt zum Nachtessen. Es war innert 5 Minuten am Tisch. Aber alles war kalt. Das Club Sandwich nur 3 Scheiben weisses Toastbrot nicht getostet. Dazwischen je 1 Scheibe Trutenbrust angelaufen. Dann am anderen Morgen die nächste Enttäuschung. Das Frühstück ist absolut unwürdig für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Alles angelaufen. Gipfeli und Brot alles schwammig. Kaffee in Pappbecher aus der Maschine. Früchte Zwetschen und Birnen angefault. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel das schlimmste was wir je gesehen haben und wir waren schon in vielen Hotels. Wie die 4 Sterne erhalten haben ist uns ziemlich unverständlich.
