This is a nice place, the highlights are proximity to the beach, and the outdoor restaurant island. The rooms are fine and with balcony. They are good but not fancy.
There is construction outside but it's not that bad, and the restaurants have limited hours, but it's close to eat near the beach.

El hotel en sí cumplió con lo esperado y seguro volveremos.
Solo un detalle referente a la quebrada (canal o caño que pasa por dentro del predio del hotel) es necesario limpiarlo o por lo menos ayudar a que no se estanque el agua, da ma aspecto.

La cantidad de zancudos en el ambiente y en el cuarto , el baño tenía una fuga y jamás la arreglaron.

Proximity to the beach
Before booking I did read the reviews so was expecting to enjoy my stay but sadly not. Everywhere just looked unloved and shabby. To get from the reception and dining area to our rooms we had to walk across a small carpark where the surface was broken leaving exposed and fractured concrete. No hand towels in the bathroom. Appalling water pressure in the shower so mid shower the water practically stopped. Cheap mismatched furniture and even though I'd paid for breakfast on arrival I saw what was being offered, I settled for fruit only.
