The condo is located on the property of an all inclusive hotel. Guests have the option to purchase the hotel’s all-inclusive food and drink package for $50 USD per person, per day (you can choose any days you would like).

The all inclusive package includes unlimited drinks and meals at any of the resort’s dining establishments, which include 4 restaurants (including all you can eat buffets), two pool side lunch/snack areas at each pool, and a coffee shop/café.

From the condo you are also able to access 24-hour room service.

Great location, beautiful condo
Pros:

The condo was well designed with amenities as extra towels and blankets, beautifully decorated and spacious

Cons:

People placing towels to save chairs then never using them

EXELENTE DESCANZO
Pros:

La ubicación y el tamaño es exageradamente muy bueno, descanzas bastante bien es demaciado familia el ambiente muy como por todo el lugar y es muy amable el personal y las instalaciones están de lujo y la comida muy Rica (que no la incluye, se paga aparte) pero todo lo demás está súper completo para descansar y no preocuparse por nada.

Cons:

Fue mi primera vez y cuando llegue al lugar no me sabían dar ubicación del lugar y tenía que comunicarme con el anfitrión porque no me mencionó especificaciones de donde y como llegar y el número de habitación y clave de acceso, pero en cuanto me comunicaba con el anfitrión, la atención era rapida. De hay en más todo estuvo exelente.

Que te dicen en la confirmación que pagarás $50.00 dlls por persona si quisieras todo incluido en el hotel y llegas a recepción en el check in y te dicen que son $ 75.00 dlls por persona.

Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, furnishings were good quality. Great view of the ocean

I booked a private airbnb apartment, which was wonderful

Cons:

I didn't like that if you book a private unit you can not purchase drinks and or food from Krystal Grand unless you do the daily all inclusive rate. Out of 9 days we purchased the all inclusive two days, would have done it more but the nightly restaurants were booked out three days in advance. You had to go to the lobby each the morning at 6 am and stand in line to book a restaurant for dinner. You could not call the front desk. We only got to eat in one of the restaurants during out two days of purchasing the all inclusive plan. This has nothing to do with the condo owner as this is out of her control. I am saying this because if you purchase the all inclusive plan and aren't aware of this fact, eating at the buffet gets redundant. I had family members staying in a condo and they booked the all inclusive plan for the entire 14 day stay.

the location is great, the condo has an amazing view and was very spacious for our 2 couples. the kitchen was well equipped.

Cons:

no complaints about the property. the condo could use a sunshade for the deck as it gets quite hot between 3-6pm (there is one in the living room but it would have been better on the deck. the kitchen was well equipped except the coffee maker was only for 2 cups and we had a tough time finding coffee filters…but finally did. The hot water for showers varies and so does the pressure…we had many cold showers. The condo is on the third floor which is right above the sun deck that is also used for parties and wedding with loud music…although most parties ended by 11pm, cleanup continued for a couple hours.
