Lovely apartment in a nice area - great family base
Pros:

Excellent location - not too touristy, excellent walks, shops and restaurants nearby (Vondelpark close by too). Stylish apartment. Kitchen allowed us to self cater at times. Kids enjoyed having own space to chill. Owner was very kind and let us leave our bags for a few hours after check out. Very handy.

Ok - the best part was the early check in
Pros:

Good location and we were very pleased to be allowed an early check in.
Beds are all single and narrow but comfortable.
Good to have a dishwasher, kitchen stuff was ok apart from the kettle.

Cons:

Steep staircase to the entrance. A bit scruffy.
Very basic decor, could do with a refurb really. Kettle was all burnt in the bottom. No bedside table.

Easy to check in and check out

Cons:

It was a little warm. It would be nice to open windows in the bedrooms.

Needed more toilet paper and maybe some extra towels and utensils.

Great location
Pros:

Great location, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Couches need to be vacuumed. One of the couch cushions got moved out of place and underneath was full of dirt, crumbs, and hair.
Also doors and window in larger bedroom had a chain across them so you couldn’t open them for airflow.

Crappy service, dirty apartment
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The place wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. There were dust bunnies all over the floor, that even went onto our bedding. The kitchen counter tops were black when we wiped them ourselves. The shower drain was full of hair. The bathtub and bathroom floor was filthy. The first day we had a problem with the shower and were told we were going to be charged $50. Absolutely ridiculous!! Never again will we stay or wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
