Pros:

From the minute we entered reception we were warmly welcomed and instantly made to feel at home. The room is very cosy and very spacious- especially for our family of 5. The restaurant offered big variety of food and different themes on certain nights (Italian, traditional etc). The restaurant also provided entertainment on carnaval night. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel which is a huge bonus and makes exploring that much easier. We spent a lot of our time using the spa facilities which is very rewarding after a long day skiing!

Nice and pricey accommodation
Pros:

Nicely decorated spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing spa area with infinity pool. Very, very friendly STAFF who helped with our late arrival and other requests.
The hotel is located in two buildings across the street and has 2 nice spa areas and an inside pool. It's not a big issue, but can be really cold to cross the street in winter.

Cons:

Cleaning policy is not appropriate for the 4* hotel. The room wasn't very well cleaned at our arrival and it wasn't cleaned for the next 3 days!! For an 'additional' cleaning, the hotel charges EUR 25. Towels are changed twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday, thus in our case 3 days of unchanged towels :-(
The kitchen has a coffee machine, but 'in case you don't have your coffee capsules with you', you can BUY them for 50 cents at the reception. Given the price in this accommodation, it's somewhat ridiculous and stingy, isn't it?

Amazing apartment with stunning roof top pool
Pros:

Superb apartment, very well equipped- the roof top pool was stunning and warm. We went over to hotel for breakfast which had everything you could need plus more. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Exceptional stay at this luxury resort
Pros:

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seiwald Suits,from the moment I arrived I was impressed by the hotel exceptional location and service.

My suit was delightful retreat,featuring comfortable bed, separate bath and living room with huge balcony with stunning view.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kitzbühel , and I look forward to returning in the future!

Exelent Option for Familien as well as couples that want to enjoy the alps for activities and R&R
Pros:

Large, well appointment room with kitchen and plenty of space for 4 people; Toilette and shower are different rooms which is nice of you're more than 2 people
