Pros:

Fraud once you done the booking they will not respond to your calls its a scam dont book this property
They will not even refund your money

The place is a scam
Cons:

The owner never answered any emails, messages via Booking platform, phone calls, nothing. The payment was complete at the time of booking but no communication from the owner. Watchout for the address, it is not complete, it's just a street, no details on where the actual apartment is.

We arrived in the evening and had to spend about two hours with Booking finding another accommodation, the property being contacted by Booking over and over again.

Eventually the new accommodation was better located, better served, good breakfast, and the difference of price was reimbursed by Booking.com.

When I booked in September 2025 the score was high. Now it's super low, it is clear that more people were fooled by this accommodation. Not sure why it is still on Booking.com.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Its an absolute scam took the money and didn’t reply to us or answer calls on what is likely a fake number. We weren’t able to check in and were left out in the pouring rain in a thunder storm cheers scammers
