I had a confirmed and prepaid booking at this hotel. When I arrived for check-in, the staff refused to accommodate me, stating that they do not accept foreigners.

The staff was very unhelpful and unwilling to cooperate or assist in resolving the situation.

Later, the hotel reported that I did not show up for check-in, which is incorrect. As a result, the full cost of the stay was charged as a penalty.

I am currently in an ongoing dispute regarding this case, and the final outcome is still unknown.

This condition was not mentioned anywhere in the booking information, and the situation caused significant stress and wasted time.

If you are an international traveler, please be aware that you may be refused accommodation even with a confirmed booking.

Please dont choose fab hotels to stay with family
Pros:

There not even single think to like.

Cons:

Pay 1800rs for but they wont even provide basic needs for the customer like towel, soap, shampoo and there is no breakfast until 10am. room was very unclean and cant able to stay with family. to get contact there is lot procedure and need to long mail. but room quality not that much.

they dont let tourists in and the staff is very unprofessional
Cons:

the staff was very unprofessional and they never said anything about not letting tourists in when we called them to ask if there's any rooms available. When we arrived in the hotel they did not let us in saying they don't allow tourists, we didn't get a refund either
