Pros:

Eine sehr nette und kommunikative Gastgeberin:-) Einfach zu finden- Check in Anweisungen sehr detailliert. Ein äußerst gemütliches und geräumiges Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Alles sehr sauber und angenehm. Ich komme gerne wieder:-)

The location is very good, close to a plaza with many restaurants,convenience stores. etc…..very comfortable bedding and mattress…found parking not too far away….

Cons:

Nagyon hideg volt az apartmanban, sehol nem volt radiátor, a klímával lehetett picit fűteni a szobában. A konyhában és a fürdőben egyáltalán nem volt fűtés, szétfagytunk.
A másik gond éjjelente a vízpumpa volt, amitől nem lehetett aludni, mert 3 percenként felbúgott és nagyon zajos volt. Zavarta az alvásunkat..

Lit confortable , propreté de la chambre à coucher, la propriétaire très réactive et disponible.

Cons:

BRUIT de la clim très dérangeant ! Lumière du réfrigérateur, bref j'ai coché au global "bien" mais c'est en réalité "moyen". Il s'agit d'une chambre dans un appartement avec WC et salle de bain commun; ce n'est pas ce que j'avais compris.
Même si je n'ai pas été dérangé par les personnes, le bruit du moteur de la clim, la lumière du réfrigérateur, les wc commun tirent l'appreciation vers le bas.

Престоят ни беше чудесен – мястото е много уютно и чисто, а атмосферата – спокойна и приятна. Домакинята беше изключително любезна и винаги готова да помогне. Всичко беше перфектно организирано и не сме имали никакви проблеми. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново!

I liked everything about this place. It’s close to airport, house and room is clean, house owner is so helpful and nice. Everything I needed, was there. I’ll definitely choose again if I go again.

Schönes ruhiges Zimmer in privater Wohnung in Kalamaria
Pros:

Das Zimmer befindet sich sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße des netten Stadtteils Kalamaria, zwischen Innenstadt und Flughafen gelegen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants und eine Busverbindung in das Zentrum von Thessaloniki, ab Frühjahr 2026 gibt es auch eine Metroverbindung.
Die Gastgeberin lebt ebenfalls in der Wohnung und ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt bei ihr. Ich habe sie persönlich gar nicht angetroffen, da ich viel unterwegs war, aber sie war jederzeit für Fragen über Telefon/ WhatsApp erreichbar und hat so freundlich kommuniziert, dass ich ich mich gleich zu Hause gefühlt habe.

Pros:

Amazing location, safe quiet and very good food all around the neighbourhood. Kalamaria is full of fantastic restaurants and the one right downstairs is amazing.
