Exceptional view friendly hotel
Pros:

Hotel located in a village above Georgioupoli (seaside resort about half an hour from Rethymno). The hotel has an exceptional view over the coast. We had a wonderful view from the balcony of our room. Room was well set up with kitchen and cooking facilities, air conditioning, WiFi . (No TV). Very nice swimming pool. Parking is on the street but seemed easy and safe. There is a cafe and bar opposite operated by the hotel where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Friendly service. I think there are one or two other bar/cafes further into the village. Very nice place but it would be difficult to reach without a car.

Pros:

Sabine est une hôtesse très accueillante et souriante. Le fait qu'elle parle plusieurs langues est un avantage indéniable.

Cons:

Le confort est limite, petits lits qui grincent dès qu'on se tourne, les lieux ne sont pas entretenus tout part en decripitude. Par exemple l'attache de la sangle du volet roulant n'est plus fixé au mur, la peinture s'écaille au plafond, au bord de la piscine il manque des carreaux de carrelage.

Value for money, highly recommended. Will stay again.
Pros:

Wonderful owners, a taverna right across the road. Lovely pool.

Cons:

The mattresses were very very hard with no protectors. They were new, though and clean.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Mehrsprachiges Personal. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Von morgens bis abends , immer Sehr gute Speisen und Getränke. Preis Leistung top. Sehr schöne Aussicht aufs Meer.

Pros:

The problem is that it seems that renting out apartments is not their primary activity, but the restaurant they have. An unpleasant situation was upon arrival with the owner, a refrigerator with rusted grills is a completely normal phenomenon for them, with the explanation that it is clean. The comments that if I want everything to be perfect I go and find another accommodation that is twice as expensive are inappropriate. We were given four plastic plates as if we were in kindergarten, after that we were given normal plates and a salad bowl. The cookware is very bad, in principle the kitchen is the biggest problem. There is no parasol on the terrace, no clothesline. One room is air-conditioned, the other is not. That's where the food is prepared. I'm a little disappointed, but it didn't affect the continuation of my vacation.

Pros:

Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price
