Not every budget friendly stay can sum up for a comfortable stay as well
Pros:

the staff were helpful and courteous. they tried to support in every possible way

Cons:

Lets be honest, while the room was budget friendly and the staff were supporting, the facility lacks basic hygiene factor. The restroom and room were infested by cockroach. The room was having stich of smoke and we had to purchase and apply room freshener. The bedsheet was filthy and i believe was not changed, The parking was not accessible and we had to park the car on road. Overall would not recommend for family stay

It was very difficult to find the hotel, name board was put up in 2nd floor, entry point was bad
Pros:

Cleanness was some what better, nothing else

Cons:

Location was very poor, no amenities at all, food was brought from outside, food not as per commitment, very very bad experience
