Great comfy stay in a great location.
Prekrasna soba
Sve je bilo super
Comfy clean bed
Location was great.
The location, balcony and the reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and keen to help
No windows. The instruction for check in was confusing.
No one was onsite when I arrived in the evening despite it being within the check in hours. To access your key you have a pin code access.
The pin code provided by Booking.com did not work.
To talk to the staff for access you had to call (I had no telephone), use a QR code that wanted you to sign up to an unknown website, or to download the Line app to text them.
Being unfamiliar with the Line app I couldn't get it to work so I left and found another hotel.
To be fair the hotel did reply later to my Booking.com message with a pin code different to the that was provided but it was too late.
It was a waste of money and Booking.com has not replied about this.
I am sure the hotel is nice but if you arrive later be aware you need to be prepared to deal with issues checking in.
Looking at the reviews now it's probably common so be prepared for problems if you arrive later!
Great location and nice design.
No shelf in the room to put my belongings.
Location
Check in, Is for me dificult ,need to call somewhere or by Line app sand copy off pasport And numer reservation after Wait for number code Kay ,
No staff there ,Its not easy
Funky hotel bed a bit hard for me but quiet location
The check in is ridiculous , I didn’t get response from the hotel , so no information on how to check In , you need a thai app or credit on your phone to call someone to check in , thankfully a thai lady was checking in at the same time so was able to help us ( what is strange is there are staff there ! ) , we also had rude noisy guests who couldn’t walk past our door with out shouting ( but can’t blame the hotel for that )
Great location very central to everything, comfy bed and good air con in room. Very unique hotel with monochrome artwork.
‘Self check in’ is awful because there are no instructions prior to arrival, the hotel don’t provide wifi until you get to your room but you need internet connection to download an app, submit reservation details and get code for locker that contains your key. They must assume that every guest will already have a local SIM card with data. I was left outside for over half an hour not knowing what to do.
Only one big light in room, no smaller lamps for reading. Leaking toilet every time it’s flushed, very unhygienic. Plug sockets didn’t work well in room so had to use my own portable charger. Wifi connection very unreliable. No communication whatsoever as no one on site to help with issues. No one at reception in the morning either for check-out so had no human interaction at all. I would have got much better value for money in a hostel given all the issues.
