2. The restaurant was closed before 1800 hrs
3. No hot water in the morning
4. There is no desk or table in the room to work with the laptop

Wasn’t pleasant
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and welcoming

Cons:

There was no shower gels and I reacted to the soap that placed . I had to go and see the Doctor and I had to pump out money for the Doctor’s consultation plus proscribed spectacles together with the medication.
2) The breakfast was jus a mess. They couldn’t even offer water to drink during breakfast instead I was told to pay for it.
3) My flight was rescheduled and thus beyond my power. Upon talking to a certain lady whom I assume is the owner if not the manager of the premise , she told me they couldn’t refund me. I was really disappointed to be honest. Me being their regular client I wasn’t expecting such response. Later own the took 25% of that day which was left. I still felt it was unfair since I was already inconvenienced by the airline and I did not cancel the stay deliberately

Home away from home
Pros:

Excellent and safe location it was a gated estate with great security. Near to the mall and delivery time was great. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the aircon worked perfectly. The pool was clean and private.

Cons:

There was only one socket outlet and the extension cable compromised the beauty of the room. The room did not have a wardrobe. There was no mirror in the shower.

The place is very very good but bad management will chase away customers.

I am not gonna lie I love the place I have received good communications from my kids of how they love the place but I am disappointed on your methods of payment is not flexible for international customers and even after I made effort to send the money you did not want to cooperate , was it so hard to just check your phone for the reference number to get the money ? Was it 2 hard ? In a foreign country you gave my kids a tough time now figuring out how to source money to pay for the hotel and that is embarrassing becoz why are you taking my card details of you are not gonna debit my card? Place is lovely but very disappointed with management.

The lodge has room to make it one of the best lodges by touching up these little grinches which are affecting the rating

Cons:

Room 4 where i rented, the air conditioning was not working, bathroom bulb was not working and you are stuck on one channel to watch whoever is changing downstairs in this case was Telemundo which I despise…
