Estadia perfecta!
Pros:

Nos encantó la experiencia, el servicio es muy bueno, Laura y Milton nos atendieron de maravilla! La cama muy comoda, y lo que más nos gustó fue el balcón para tomarse un café y ver las casas coloridas y el mar. Todo estaba muy cerca, la ubicación es perfecta. Lo recomiendo!

Lindo hotel con mucho encanto! Como tiene muy pocas habitaciones se sintió casi privado para nosotros.. la vista desde el mirador.. increible!! Volvería

El personal es encantador y muy servicial.

Cons:

Realmente es un timo. Te cobran como un hotel y no es mas que un Bed and Breakfast bastante deteriorado. Ruidoso, incomodo, lleno de mosquitos. Una gran decepcion, precio desorbitado. Imagino que los que lo han valorado positivamente es por que pagaron un precio bajo, pero yo no pagaria mas de 70 euros por noche en un lugar así. A mi me timaron, pues pague mas de 200 euros pensando que era algo tipo hotel boutique con encanto, y nada mas lejos de la realidad.

The overall experience was one to remember.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was incredible. Stayed for 6 days. Would definitely return. We love Cartagena.

I just wonder how this hotel is a 5 stars one. There must be something wrong!
1-The name of the hotel is not appearing and we had to ask people around where is the door.
2- all drains are clogged.
3- we asked for a dental kit they said they don’t have it and we can buy it from the nearby market.
4- when we tried to pay the other half of the amount the machine wasn’t working and we had difficulty paying the rest of the amount.
5- if the reception phone just rings we wake up, it’s super loud and they don’t care that people are sleeping at 4 am!
6- at 6 am the pool generator starts and of course you have to wake up again.

Super situation mais adresse difficile à trouver.8

Cons:

Déjeuner servi à l'assiette très insuffisant. On n'a pas forcément ce qu'on aime et les fruits semblent limités alors que dans la ville les charrettes regorgent de fruits tropicaux!

Entrance is hard to find when you arrive, you need to call for someone to guide you. Room was the first one and you heard everyone passing by.
