Very uncomfortable due to poor mattress quality, lack of soundproofing and cold

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Convenient location, nearby many good restaurant options in Parkway.

Cons:

I stayed in a room on the third floor which faced the street. The mattress was as hard as marble which made it intolerable to sleep on, even though I am not a light sleeper. It was also freezing cold in December, though the staff was accommodating by providing me with multiple heavy blankets. Despite wearing ear plugs that block sounds around 30 dB, the noise produced by guests as well as vehicles that passed by disturbed my night rest. The artificial lighting in the room was also poor and could have been easily improved with a night stand table lamp.

El hotel es limpio y está muy bien ubicado pero no se siente calor humano en el personal, solamente una señora de la recepción fue dulce y sonriente

No hubo toallas durante la estadía, pese que se solicitaron y la persona de recepción informó que se entregarían luego eso no ocurrió. El estado de la pintura de las habitaciones es lamentable

Pros:

Tout est correct sans être exceptionnel. Le personnel est aimable. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Peu de nuisances extérieures. Quartier calme, secure et offrant beaucoup de possibilités de restauration.

Cons:

Pas de gel douche, pas de tapis de douche et peu d'emplacement pour pendre les serviettes de bain.
Le personnel de réception est très bruyant la nuit, soit au téléphone, soit en regardant la télévision ce qui est très dérangeant la nuit.
