La atención de Jazmín y Luis Carlos fue excepcional. Muy pendientes de todo lo que se requería.
Hermoso lugar rodeado de mucha naturaleza, muy tranquilo y con muchas aves.
Podíamos escuchar las conversaciones y hasta el ronquidos de los huéspedes de la otra habitación, el piso es de madera y cada paso se escucha muy fuerte. Tuve que trabajar y el wi-fi tenía muy poca cobertura. Todos los días ofrecen exactamente el mismo desayuno.
Excelente ubicación, atención y compromiso al turista.

No nos pudimos hospedar porque nos cambiaron el valor de la reserva.
La atención y la amabilidad de la Sra Jazmin y el señor Julio fueron excelentes, nos hicieron sentir como en nuestro hogar, 1000000% recomendado si quieres desconectarte de tu rutina, disfrutar de un espacio y una vista increíbles y lo más importante con personas como ellos que hacen que la experiencia sea aún mejor.
Lo mejor de todo es la finca. Un espacio maravilloso para descansar en el que se respira paz y traquilidad. Además, el trato de las personas fue magnífico: 20 de 10

La señora jazmín y el señor Julio super amables te reciben con mucho cariño y un delicioso tinto calientico y fresquito,super consentidores y colaboradores . Super recomendado un lugar maravilloso, y si quieres refrescarte cuenta con piscina.

La amabilidad del personal, la comididad de la habitaciones, la limpieza. Es un lugar un muy tranquilo para ir a descansar y tener la experiencia de una hermosa finca en el eje cafetero ideal para familias.

I arrived at 12:30 pm. The room was ready to check in because the hotel was totally empty, but the receptionist, Alejandro,asked me to pay 40.000 cop if I wanted to check in early. ( check-in was at 2:00 pm) So he asked 40.000 for 1.t house like a joke ! He said they have rules
I said I'll wait until 2 pm. The weather was nice, and I was happy to sit at the open lobby area.
I sat for about 10 minutes enjoying the fresh air and nice garden, but I had to leave the lobby area because they were burning leaves & garbage there, and it was impossible to sit in that smoke.
I went back of the hotel and sat at the chairs literally in front of my room, which was clean and empty. I still didn't have the key which was like a joke. Anyway, I told myself this is a young kid, he doesn't know guest service and I didn't want to ruin my day.
At 1:45.he decided to give my room keys so I could settle in.
By the way, I just want to specify that I was the ONLY person at the hotel! No one else was there. ( For 2 days when I was there)
When I came to my room, it looked clean, but when I opened the bed cover, it looked like someone had slept there. I asked him to change the pillow covers. They literally smelled like someone slept on them - you know that smell- I didn't bother with the sheets, I just put my own pareo and slept on it, I wasn't happy at all for sure.
2nd day: This plate should not be called breakfast. Very dry scrambled egg and an arepa with tiny flat cheese on it. I decided not to eat after tasting the eggs. I said ok, not a problem. I'll have coffee with milk, so I'll be fine." When I asked for milk for my coffe, Alejandro said they don't have it, when I saw the milk packages in the kitchen, he had to open one of them and give me some milk for my coffee. When I asked again for my 2nd cup of coffee, he literally yelled at me.
