Good staff & location for the CBD
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well equipped. A/C was effective and quiet, unlike the traffic - but it wasn't unduly disturbing. 10 mins away from New Cairo CBD - so good location. Only problem was the late breakfast time - but they did offer to deliver it early to my room if required

C est un bon hôtel que je recommande.
Pros:

La residence est bien situé et dans un environnement calme propice au travail et au repos. L'hotel est propre et le personnel est disponible même s il ne comprend pas le français. Cependant le nettoyage des chambre n est pas systématique. Il faut demander à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée.

Uberで15分圏内にショッピングモールが複数あり非常に便利です。
環境も良くホテルスタッフもとても良かったです。キッチンにランドリーがあったので、非常に便利でした。評価が少し下がったのは下水が非常に匂いました。スタッフが対策をしてくれましたが、滞在中ずっと匂いました。それだけが残念でした。

Great last minute choice.
Pros:

Stayed here after a flight was cancelled. 24 desk service made check in at 5am easy.
Breakfast was delivered to the room since we were like zombies. Desk guys were nice and helpful. Location is good and close to the festival city mall where we went to eat before our rebooked flight.

Pros:

El hotel esta ubicado en una buena zona de El Cairo, y se nota muchísimo en las instalaciones. Queda cerca del aeropuerto.
El agua caliente, al menos en mi habitación no se regulaba bien (o salía muy caliente, o muy fria) pero no fue un problema.
Hay muchos restaurantes cerca!

Bed comfort was terrible, the residence was very noisy, rooms are like sardine cans, very small and very close to each other, hallway is very narrow. Overall it was kind of ok, but not likely to go there again.
