Pros:

Great hotel, staff was amazing and super helpful, unbeatable location near the Glover Garden. I would give them 11 out of 10 if I only could.

Cons:

That I could only stay there 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed a full week.

総合的には素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。また利用させていただきたいです。
Pros:

ホテルスタッフによる観光案内サービスがとても良かったです。長崎の歴史についてとても詳しく教えていただき、とても良い経験になりました。また、ラウンジでのフリードリンクサービスもとても良かったです。建物も外観、内装、立地どれも素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

朝方に隣か上下階の部屋の声がよく聞こえ、目が覚めました。（それほど大きな声で話している様子ではありませんでしたが）

Cet hôtel à Nagasaki est très bien placé, nous avons presque tout fait à pied ou en prenant le bus ☺️. La chambre est très grande et bien équipée ! L'équipe a été adorable. Petit bonus pour les boissons et repas à volonté tous les soirs, parfait après une longue journée de visite !

ホテルのラウンジやお部屋が落ち着いたレトロな雰囲気で素敵でした

浴室、洗面所が広々としており、スリッパが使い捨てではなく履きやすく、清掃の方のウェルカムメッセージなど、いたるところに心遣いが感じられ、快適に過ごすことができました

自由に食べれるハトシや角煮、あごだし茶漬けが凄く美味しかったです
ドリンクも種類豊富で、とても寛げるラウンジでした

スタッフの方々も親切で観光のことも教えて頂いて、とてもいい旅になりました
ありがとうございました

歯ブラシをＳＤＧｓの観点から置いてらっしゃらないとのことで
ホテルにあるはずだと思い込んで準備せずに行ってしまったので、一言書いて頂けると有り難いです
