Good stay but some lacks
Pros:

Good hôtel with some lacks. Room with 2 bedrooms was enough big with a nice living room. Swimming pool is nice with a bar to order some drinks.
Atmosphere is nice and well decorated.

Cons:

No dinner, no service room.
No Gym/fitness, that just not acceptable for the price and the standard of this hotel.

Breakfast is not great for europeans, my opinion, more dedicated for asian people.

Good hotel but no service
Pros:

I like the room spacious and large parking areas

Cons:

They have no service at all. I come to lobby at 8 pm asking for plates and spoon to have dinner in our room but the staff said that restaurant is close so no plates no spoon. I come to lobby try to change some small notes but reception told me to go to 7/11 without offering any helps at all. They have good property but clearly they need to be trained as working in hospitality service.

Raintree is a letdown
Pros:

Clean room and friendly staff

Cons:

Breakfast was not vegetarian friendly despite informing Hotel that we are vegetarian, food was tasteless.
Location of hotel is not strategic. (will not stay here again).
Staff although friendly, not helpful as unable to answer our queries.
