Todo. Mi estancia fué genial. Habitación muy moderna. Hasta me regalaron un presente botella de agua grande y macarons. Excelente sitio. Parking justo bajo el hotel. Muy buena ubicación y un trato exquisito. Lástima no haber probado su piscina y spa q me ofrecieron tb. Minibar incluido tb. Lo tiene todo. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Los vasos del wc sin sellar herméticamente en plástico. En pocos hoteles los tienen.

Zentrales Hotel
Pros:

Zentrales Hotel, mit zweckmäßigen Zimmern und freundlichem Personal. Frühstück war okay für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Zimmer schön, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ziemlich kleines Bad. Waschtisch außerhalb des Bades finde ich persönlich nervig, weil man den anderen weckt beim Fertigmachen. Keine ausreichende Lüftung in Toilette/Dusche (kein Fenster). Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und hatten keine Zeit die anderen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Massage, Schwimmbad, etc. zu testen. Sah aber gut aus. Haben in der Bar eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und getrunken, das war nett und gut. Die Tiefgarage mit € 15,50 war gut.

Cons:

Ein Kofferständer wenigstens wäre schön, auch wenn ich nicht wüsste wo er in dem Zimmer Platz hätte.

Bel écrin mais services très décevant
Pros:

Un hôtel très beau visuellement (le spa et la piscine extérieure sont superbes) mais gâché par de gros problèmes pratiques et un service décevant

Cons:

Zéro service de base : Pas de serviettes ni de peignoirs au spa ou à la salle de sport, et rien n'est précisé au check-in (il faut réclamer les serviettes à l'accueil, et ils n'ont pas de peignoirs, et nul par où ranger ces affaires dans le spa).
​Chambre incomplète : Pas de repose-bagage ni de miroir en pied
​Petit-déjeuner décevant : 100% industriel et servi dans une salle beaucoup trop exiguë. Mention spéciale pour les serveurs qui s'empressent de débarrasser sans demander, couverts compris, et qui soufflent ou lèvent les yeux au ciel quand on leur redemande une cuillère.
​Un bel écrin sur Instagram, mais les prestations ne suivent pas. Dommage !

Os serviços em si não funcionam bem, os funcionários na sua maioria não sabem fazer gestão de reclamações, faltam amenities básicas que não existem no hotel ou as poucas que têm à disposição são a pagar. O restaurante funciona mal e os artigos não têm qualidade nem cuidado de confecção
