Fabulous, new, modern and clean with a perfect central location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

This hotel is fabulous. It’s new, clean, very modern, quiet (room 202), has well appointed rooms, cutest slippers ever, fabulous breakfast with omelettes made to order. The tofu scramble is yummy which as a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated. The breakfast room is lovely and bright with plenty of tables.
We didn’t realize until we left that the beverages in the fridge were complementary. Nice touch.
My husband took advantage of the free sauna, steam room and pool.
The art in the public areas is very nice.
This hotel is in the old part of the city, perfect for sightseeing. It’s new took 15 minutes to walk to the train station, almost as long as the Uber which had to circumnavigate the city to get there. It’s an easy walk.
The staff were lovely.
I highly recommend this hotel. We hadn’t planned to visit Braga but a cancelled flight to Madeira due to a storm had us scrambling for plan B. Braga and a side trip to Guimaraes weren’t planned but definitely a highlight of our month long trip to Portugal. Braga was easy to get to by train.
