Overall it was a fantastic stay. Very hospitable staff who helped with ordering of meals via the app talabat

I had to request for towel change and emptying of the dustbin. Consider a routine like changing bedsheets and towels every 2 days

Great location in New Cairo and supportive team
Pros:

Our recent family stay was fantastic, largely thanks to this hotel and its wonderful staff. The location in New Cairo is excellent and perfectly suited our needs.

What really stood out was the outstanding customer service, specifically from "Hossam" and "Salsabeil" at the front desk. They were incredibly polite and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. They kindly accommodated our family by providing a studio with a sofa for our two infants, completely free of extra charge.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Good for a night stay
Pros:

The hotel is what appears to be a villa from the outside. Great staff and service. Room was small, but manageable for 1 person. Location was great as it’s close to airport

Cons:

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable.
