Cons:

Non c'era nulla nelle vicinanze e la camera rumorosissima, si sentivano le migliaia di macchine che passavano sulla strada principale a qualsiasi ora.
Non vi consiglio di pagare di più per la colazione, inizia tardi per le 8:30.
Noi abbiamo pagato due colazioni per due giorni, la prima non l abbiamo potuta fare avendo prenotato un tour alle 8 e per la seconda abbiamo chiesto se ci potevano preparare un pacchettino, risultato due uova a testa e del pane con delle marmellate. Nemmeno 1 bottiglia d acqua in camera, una volta richiesta ci hanno chiesto di pagarla. Solo dopo aver sottolineato di aver pagato due colazioni per due giorni, ho richiesto l acqua e l hanno inclusa. Assurdo

Clean room, but several issues with facilities, smoking, and misleading information about services.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

• The room was advertised as non-smoking, however there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke at night. I reported this in the morning and was told that workers had been smoking, but the smell returned again the following morning.
• The toilet light causes a very loud noise that continues until the light is switched off.
• There is no ventilation in the bathroom, and the air conditioning did not work.
• When booking, a shuttle bus was clearly advertised. However, when I contacted the property, I was informed that no shuttle service was available and that I should use Uber instead.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the bed sheets should be changed before handing the room over to the guest. Additionally, the shower box in the bathroom was narrow, making it difficult to get in and out, especially because of its small size. Overall, the hotel is tidy and good, but these were the main observations.

Location, facilities and staff. Overall, I liked it very much and I hope to recommend it to my friends. And definitely, I intend to use this facility on my next trip to Cairo.

Cons:

Information not shared properly. For example, I didn't know

1) room cleaning is not done unless it is requested to the front desk.

2) dial number to call to the front desk

3) hot water stops after a certain time in the shower

I would recommend to place a note of information in each room about this information. This will help the guests a lot.

Pros:

Good room and nice staff, the location is very good too.

Cons:

No privacy as the room has shared door, you can hear and get heared easily, uncomfortable feeling, the curtains are not blocking the sunlight from early morning you will suffer to continue sleeping, parking lot is very very small may accommodate 4-5 cars max and was already full on arrival.
