1. Great buffet breakfast with wide variety of Western and Asian choices incl. fresh noodle station
2. Tasty food at onsite chinese restaurant - both yum cha lunch and dinner was fantastic
3. Rooms were massive and clean
4. English was not widely spoken by staff but they made effective use of translation apps and were very helpful. Very responsive to any query / request..
1. Onsite spa - massage was ok but pricey, better value elsewhere
2. Location a little far from main shopping / dining / metro, but close to chimelong. Need to take DiDi (Chinese Uber) everywhere.
3. Swimming in pools - Rule was that swim caps must be worn by all who enter pools (incl. children). They charged ~75 yuan for a swim cap 😳, very expensive. We didn’t end up swimming due to this. Bring a swim cap if you intend to use the pools.

객실 청결도 좋음 / 조식 실제 먹을 수 있는 종류가 여러가지 여서 좋음, 맛남 / 조용함 / 침대 사이즈 커서 좋음 / 욕실도 생각보다 엄청 넓어서 좋음 / 객실 천장이 높아서 쾌적함 / 게스트 화장실이 별도로 1개 더 있어서 좋았음 / 욕조 넓어서 좋음 / 피트니스&수영장 시설 좋음
체크인 시간이 pm 15:00 시작인데 객실 청소가 확인이 안된다고 1시간을 기다리라는 어이없는 답변을 들음. 그래서 직원과 한참을 실랑이 하다가 메니저가 직접 객실 확인하고 오더니 바로 체크인 해줌. 이게 pm 15:30. 대화가 잘 안되는 직원(중국어만 함, 영어로 간신히 소통함)과 30분을 대화함... 이미 지침... 이런 점이 좀 불편했네요.
