This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We booked this hotel based on positive reviews, which mentioned a good shuttle service. After much searching and calling, we finally managed to book the transfer, as we arrived at the airport at 12:30 AM. However, after some confusion, we discovered that the shuttle had already left because, apparently, we weren’t at the pickup point on time. We waited for half an hour before the shuttle finally arrived, and the driver couldn’t even properly greet us.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were barely acknowledged. The only interaction we received was: “passport?”
We were further surprised to see two staff members at the front desk wearing winter coats. Neither spoke a word of English, and we had to communicate via Google Translate. They informed us that there was an issue with our room and asked if one of them could accompany us to see an alternative. The new room was absolutely nothing like what we had booked: a cold shower, a hard mattress, it was terrible. Don't book this hotel. Super unkind staff.

Было всё удобно, за день до приезда присылают номер телефона и данные для трансфера из аэропорта, а так же увозят до аэропорта.
В отеле чисто, удобно, тихо и не прокуренно. Самое то после долгих перелетов.

Pros:

I really appreciate the hotel shuttle service. They arrived 15 mins after I called them at the airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The light switch for the bathroom did not work. Wasn't able to switch off at night. Lights shone straight onto the bed. It was too late to call concierge to fix as we need to get up early for next morning flight.
It would be great if the hotel could check on the room facilities on a regular basis.
