L’équipe était disponible, bienveillante et répondait aux besoins. L’hôtel était magnifique, surtout les restaurants, dont l’italien qui était bon. La piscine et les balades en felouque proposées par l’hôtel ont été très appréciées.

Séjour très agréable , le calme pour se détendre après des journées de visite
Pros:

La tranquillité, la proximité avec le centre ville qui permet de s’y rendre à pieds, la première partie n’est pas très agréable mais ensuite on est sur la promenade au bord du Nil .
L’hôtel , la piscine et sa plage au bord du Nil, la vue depuis les chambres donnant sur le Nil . Les différents espaces de détente et restaurants proposés .

La piscine très appréciable l'après midi, l'extra bed qui nous a été proposé gratuitement car nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel !
La vue sur le Nil et la vallée des rois.

Cons:

Quel dommage d'avoir eu un énorme bateau de croisière parqué devant l'hôtel le 2ème jour, bouchant la vue et avec le moteur allumé toute la journée donc bruyant à la piscine ! Je pense que nous n'avons pas eu de chance !

A oasis of peace and civilisation in the middle of bustling Luxor. Very kind staff, very good restaurants, very good breakfast. Had a very nice excursion with them to the valey of the kings area. Also the souvenir shops in the hotel have decent prices unlike the alabaster factory in the valey of the kings:) (there a 70 % discount will get you in the area of relative decent prices).
