We loved the courtyard view from our room. We felt like it was a Villa.

We stayed at this property two years ago, so we knew where we were coming from. Everything is still impeccable. Friendly staff carrying suitcases, friendly valet, pool man and all the waiters are friendly. This time we tried the Lamb Shank at the El Tarbush restaurant and this dish is excellent. They prepare it in a special, unique way and this preparation is also an extraordinary experience. Breakfast is good and has a wide selection. We will return to this hotel.

Everything in one place.
It was all wonderful
Great location for staying in Luxor. About 20 mins walk to the Luxor Temple. Easy to get taxis to all the sights. Also the hotel has a boat jetty so if you get a water taxi or felucca they can drop you off at the hotel.
Fabulous buffet breakfast, both hot and cold items. Lots of fruit, pastries, yogurt, breads and freshly cooked to order omelettes, waffles, pancakes etc. There are also sausages, potatoes, rice, vegetables, hummus, tahini, felafel -the list is endless and all of the highest quality.
The service in the restaurant is excellent, the customer service is exceptional.
In the evening there are Thai, Italian, Lebanese restaurants and a buffet. Great choice of dishes for each course, all so tasty.
Our executive front Nile view room was fantastic, free wifi which was very quick, huge balcony and great views. Very clean and liked the kettle with teas and coffees and the 2 complimentary bottles of water each day. Useful fridge too. Also I'm sensitive to noise, not a problem here as there's really excellent sound isolation, didn't hear any noise from other rooms whatsoever.
In the evenings there's live background music for a few hours, very enjoyable whilst enjoying cocktails.

The hotel is an Oasis of luxury and relaxation! All was as described and pictured on Booking.com. Rooms were spacious and very well decorated. The view on the Nile was gorgeous. Food was excellent in all restaurants we went to. We had a birthday celebration for our son, the Italian restaurant did a nice surprise to make the date memorable! We used the laundry services - impeccable.
I strongly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Luxor!
Not easy to find anything really.
The hotel is beautiful, with great food options for a good price, superb comfort, great quality services, and excellent staff. The room was super comfortable. The Nile panorama from the hotel is unbelievably stunning. There are modern groceries, medical centre, great and cheap felucca options nearby. (Every monuments and must see attractions of the city opens at 06:00, and I really suggest to wake up early, skip breakfast and arrive ahead of the crowd - totally worth it.)
Room carpet was dirty and had patches, just like curtain. The bathroom could be improved, ceiling has huge gaps. The hotel has a solution for every guest request or problem, but it'll cost you a lot, and they are not that helpful for finding other solutions, services around the city. But honestly, all these are just minor disadvantages, as overall my stay here and the whole experience was outstanding.
