Pros:

Wij hadden een beurs in de Messe. Locatie was top, lag hier zeer dichtbij waardoor we een fijne week hadden. Appartement is lekker groot en alles is aanwezig.

Cons:

Geen airco, appartement zeer gehorig. Doordat het vrij warm was raam open, dan wordt je heel vroeg wakker door rumoer van buiten. Doe je het raam dicht is dit stukken beter maar is het heel warm.

Schöne Wohnung mit vielen Extras
Pros:

Sehr nah am Prater und an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Prater-Messe. In der Nähe Supermärkte wie Hofer, Lidl und Billa. Apotheke und Restaurants auch alles fußläufig in 5min. zu erreichen. Türcode für unten und Schlüssel für Wohnung oben. Alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Spülmaschine und Nespresso Kaffeemaschine. Elektrische Rolladen an allen Fenstern. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Cons:

Modriger Geruch im Badezimmer. Die Lüftung ging nicht. In der Küche wäre vielleicht ein Topf mehr nicht schlecht und ein Schneebesen und mehr als 2 Gläser zu trinken. Musste die immer von Hand waschen.

Прекрасное расположение. Шаговая доступность метро и другой общественный транспорт. Продовольственные магазины. и хорошего качества ресторанчики буквально рядом. Отличная коммуникация с владельцем. случилась мелкая техническая проблема. несмотря на выходной легко связались с собственником который очень оперативно прислал мастера.

Cons:

Для отдыхала с семьей на 7 дней для 4 человек один рулон туалетной бумаги и один пакет для мусора был неприятной ситуацией. губка для посуды была а вот что бы протереть стол - увы. Приехали в выходные плюс понедельник праздник, магазины естественно закрыты а в апартаментах ни грамма соли ни пару стикеров сахара ну и пару пакетиков чая не помешали бы. Мелочь. Но...........

Never again Vienna Residence
Pros:

The apartment's location was convenient and the space itself has potential — the layout is functional and it's easy to see why it looks appealing on paper. The check-in process was straightforward.

Cons:

Nearly everything promised either didn't work or wasn't there: non-functional blackout curtains, a broken stove, a dirty iron that damaged my clothes, towels that wouldn't dry, and a clogged sink. The apartment was undersupplied for the length of stay in terms of number of coffee pads and dishwasher tablets (2x each for a 5-night stay), and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. When I submitted a formal complaint by email, management's response was to "submit a ticket" and then call me to deliver a lecture rather than actually address the issues.

A nice apartment with a good location
Pros:

Top-notch location! Seriously- just one stop from Praterstern Station, and there’s a subway station a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

The neighborhood is great, there were restaurants and supermarkets- Lidl, Hofer, Billa.

It wasn’t small, but the tiny kitchen was a bit of a challenge- the toaster and coffee maker have to sit on top of the stove, so there’s no place to set a plate down and prepare a decent breakfast. You can do that right at the table in the large bedroom/living room.

Cons:

Overall, the value for money. Yes, the location is good, but the apartment itself was expected to be better equipped for this money.

The bathroom was new, but poorly designed. There was no drain outside the shower stall, so there was no way for water to drain- and when the stall was closed during use, water still seeped in! There was a mop, but the cleaning sponge had been removed, which is not okay!

The pillows were a big problem for us- there were two high ones per person, and no option for a low one.

It’s important for tourists to plan where to leave their luggage before and after check-in, because as the landlord described, there’s no storage space. And this can be a big problem considering how quickly the lockers at the train stations fill up and the limited number of private lockers in the city. It would be a good idea if they could provide some in the lobby of the building. :)
