Comfortable beds. Big room
There is no restaurant. It was closed but no reason given. Inexplicable for a hotel such as this. I asked for a restaurant recommendation but I was sent across the road even though there was a restaurant much closer.

Raňajky výborné, za porovnateľnú cenu bývajú o dosť chudobnejšie v porovnateľných hoteloch. Bezplatná doprava na výstavisko bola veľmi nápomocná a pohodlná. Možnosť bezplatnej práčovne bola veľmi praktická a radi sme ju využili.
Poloha je trochu vzdialená od centra, ale metrom sa dá pohybovať pomerne dobre. V našom čase prebiehala rekonštrukcia prístupovej cesty - chodníka, tak trochu obmedzenia. Fitnesscentrum by chcelo doplniť aspoň o nejaky Smith machine a pár závaží a jednu nastaviteľnú lavičku. Lebo je tam len kardio. Využiť by na to mohli vedľajšiu miestnosť na jogu, v ktorej som nikdy nikoho nestretol.
Very good hotel conveniently located close to the airport. Amazing staff especially Lisa who helped us to settle and even order meals. Good breakfast and amazing rooms!
The restaurant only opens for breakfast so depended entirely on deliveries. The internet was kinda weak during my stay!
The warm reception and friendliness of staff. Though there was a communication gap, the hotel tried to ensure one of the front desk personnel at every ship understands a little English. Ada, Yang and Zuo did that during my stay. They provide free airport transport 24/7 both to and fro. Kudos to them on this
It's location is far to both canton fair and city center
rooms are spacious, clean and modern
staff barely speaks English, they cannot give you much information. Wifi isn’t great. There’s a smell of cigarettes in the common areas. The area isn’t great. Lots of construction sites, far from the metro, on a road with lots of traffic

This property has really good staff in front desk mainly ADA she is very down to earth very polite and very humble she had made all arrangements of us which has gone very easy she was taking ordering us as we were muslim she was guiding us for food restaurant's and all even their bus service to canton fair and airport 24/7 available so i recommend this is best hotel in best price and on top not feeling us that we are in other country ..., so thank you each one of you of hotel staff abd special thanks to ada thank you 🫡
