Giving them 1 star because is the minimum..I booked for two nights and then when I arrived to the hotel they sent me to another one because they didn’t have availability, that happened at 12 midnight, terrible experience!

My reservation included a complimentary airport pickup. The hotel confirmed this service via WhatsApp before my arrival in Cairo and informed me that the driver would be waiting at the airport exit holding a sign with the hotel’s name.
However, when I arrived at Cairo Airport, there was no driver waiting, and no one responded to my WhatsApp messages. As a result, I had to take a taxi to the hotel at my own expense.
Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was located in an old building, on a damaged street, with a very old and unsafe elevator. The receptionist informed me that there were no available rooms and offered to show me alternative hotels nearby.
Using my taxi, we first visited another hotel. Although it was nice, the rooms were very small, so I decided not to stay there. We then went to another hotel, Shams Hotel, which was very nice, had a good location, friendly staff, and offered the same rate as my original reservation. I decided to stay there.
To be fair, the original property did its best to help me find alternative accommodation. However, I had to cover the taxi expenses from the airport to the city, as well as transportation between the different hotels.
My advice to future guests is to make sure that the property provides clear photos of the hotel exterior and the surrounding street before confirming your reservation.
Merkezi konumda ve her yere yakın, kahvaltı gayet güzel ve doyurucu. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu her konuda. Özellikle Mahi ve Ammar ile diğer çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim. Havaalanından alıp bıraktılar ve turlar konusunda da çok yardımcı oldular. Otelden geç ayrılmamızı ve valizleri bırakmamızı sorun etmediler.
Otele ilk girişte toprak yol eski ve bakımsız izlenimi veriyor. Odada birkaç sivrisinek vardı. Banyoda demir aksamlar paslanmış. Ancak diğer olumlu yönleri sayesinde önemsiz kalıyor.

The hotel is in walking distance to downtown Cairo near Talaat Harb Square. Plenty of shops, restaurants/fast food are close by. The room itself is very comfortable and spacious for solo travelers, couples, even a family of 3 (small child) is suitable for the room i stayed in as the bed is king size. Staff is friendly and helpful, if you need extra towels or toilet paper they are happy to provide more. Breakfast was included, not your typical open buffet style. You are actually served by the lady who prepares/cooks the food and its delicious. Well deserving of a tip.
The view is obstructed by scaffolding so you can't see the building sign on the outside and same with the mosque and church. There's construction being done on the side road leading to the hotel...you're walking on dirt and sand...very dusty. Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathroom, had to ask. The soap/shampoo/shower gel dispenser holder looked rusty 😳...needs to be replaced. The room is nice but missing a full length mirror, would be nice while getting dressed. Just a suggestion!
The staff were amazing ! Very very nice people always shilling to help without being pushy, is in a third floor shared building. The first floor are a bit dirty and dusty but in the third floor where the hotel is, is spotless, breakfast included is amazing ! 🤩
