Die Zeit zwischen dem Verlassen des Skiraums und dem Betreten der Piste beträgt inklusive Bus- und Gondelfahrt ca. 50–60 Minuten.

Schönes Haus mit freundlichem Personal, schönem Wellnessbereich und sehr guter Küche :-)
Pros:

Das Essen war hervorragend, sowohl das Frühstück, mit großer Auswahl, als auch das Menü am Abend.
Mit dem Skibus (kostenlos) super Verbindung ins Skigebiet Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.

Cons:

Das italienische Buffet am Abend war gut, aber leider nicht so hervorragend wie das Menü an den anderen Abenden, da sehr schwierig ist Nudeln, Fleisch und Fisch gut warm zu halten.

Der Haartrockner im Zimmer war leider sehr heiß mit wenig Leistung - bei langen Haaren dann sehr langwierig.

The room was comfortable for a family of 4. There was enough choice for breakfast. The spa area is great.

Cons:

We did not receive a response in the booking chat about the late arrival. Maybe there are problems with using the chat, but it would help with communication.

Libilo se nam absolutne vsechno, hotel v blizkosti skezdovek, kids friendly(bazen, skluzavka, brouzdaliste, herna, detske menu, candy bar), wellness na pomery velke, bazen, pristup personalu, jidlo bylo gastro zazitkem.

Pros:

Die Kinderbetreuung ist unglaublich für groß und klein. Wir waren mit unserem fast 2 Jahre alten Sohn und es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Cons:

Das Einzige was verbesserungswürdig wäre, sind frisch gepresste Säfte beim Frühstück und eventuell ein Streichkäse. Aber das sind nur persönliche Vorlieben. Es gibt Butter, selbstgemachten Liptauer und Bärlauchaufstrich.

Pros:

Überall stets sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Skibus vor dem Haus. Das Hotel wurde geschmackvoll modernisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Besonderer Service: Skiverleih und Service ist im Hotelkeller, so dass man über Nacht einen Skiservice machen kann.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and are already planning our next visit. It is a cozy, welcoming, and truly family-oriented spot that both the adults and kids loved.

What we loved:
Dining: The half-board option (breakfast and dinner) was great. The food was high quality, the wine selection was excellent, and there were plenty of choices to keep the kids happy. Ice cream corner was a hit!
Facilities: There really is something for everyone here.
Atmosphere: We spent most of our time at the children's pool and had a blast. It’s a very comfortable environment for a relaxing vacation.

Cons:

To make the experience even better for future guests, here are a few areas that could use a touch-up:

Pool Safety & Comfort: The toddler pool area could benefit from more seating and better lighting. Additionally, the stairs and corners near the kiddie pools are quite slippery and pose a bit of a hazard for running toddlers; adding non-slip surfacing or padding would be a huge plus.
Kids Club Transparency: It would be very helpful if there's a way to explicitly read the Kids Club policy. Since children under 3 aren't allowed (and parents cannot accompany them due to liability), knowing this in advance helps manage expectations for parents with younger toddlers who are used to daycare environments.

We can't wait to come back once all our little ones are over three!
