This was my second time here. It's pretty much the same as last year. For the price it's a pretty nice, quite hotel with nice rooms and decent food. It seems to have grown since last year. The restaurant is now downstairs and bigger and there seems to be more guests than last year (Although Its sill not too busy - Most of the time I didn't have to queue for the buffet). I liked that there's no loud music around the pool.
A couple of small issues. My room was not ready the first night so they put me into another room (Family room) for the one night. Also, half way through my stay the shower drain blocked up, but that was soon fixed once I spoke to reception.
The road noise can be annoying. Loud motorcycles and sometimes cars seem to race up the street.
The guy on the entry of the restaurant is the only good thing there

A mon arrive, je n'ai pas ete installe dans la chambre que j'avais reserve mais le probleme a ete resolu des le lendemain.

Мне понравилось,все,. Хорошая кухня,все свежее,люблю кошек к ним там отношения особое.любой наш каприз выполнялся. Я отдыхала там 20 дней ни разу меня не разочаровали ни официанты, ни персонал который убирал наш номер,я получила массу удовольствия

Quand je suis arrivée le ménage avait pas été fait dans ma chambre j’ai demandé 3 fois à ce qu’il soit fait à la réception il n’a pas était jusqu’a ce que je rencontre le directeur la 3e fois

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful. Everyone was great and received us with a smile and played at each corner with our kids. Everyone was polite and friendly. The food was also good for our taste.
The cleaning standard was for us awful. We booked a family room that was not was we saw on the Internet and very small. Not such a big thing but the room was so dirty, the sheets were stained and you could see hair on them from the previous guests. Plus a huge cockroauch greeted us as we arrived. Because it was 4 a.m and the kids were tired we put some clothes from us on the bed and sleept like that. The next morning we complained. The staff showed a a couple of other rooms until we decided on one, because it had a balcony and we could dry our clothes, but again not at all cleaned. The walls were drawn on, stains everywhere, everything had a layer of dirt on it, the toilet had piss stains on it and the bed sheets were not cleaned. So I went to the nearby supermarket, bought desinfectant spray, detergent and a brush and started to clean everything I could.
And an advice don't go to the spa/massage. The guy there although polite, harassed us at every corner to go to him. After a week I gave in and took my daughter (7 years old), with the idea in mind to relax and have a good time together. I negotiated with the guy for a full hour relaxation massage with oils for 50 euro(he wanted 70 euros). Pretty expensive for Egypt, but I thought that maybe it will be worth it. NO! First, we waited for 15 min. Then they put us in a jacuzzi (a big tub) in a cold water for 30 min. Then came the massage for 30 min with a cheap cream. And then the girls there gave us an envelope for the tip And that was it. I was stunned. I didn't want to make a big fuss with my daughter there, but I don't recommend it at all.

L’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel a été très bon envers nous. Je tiens à vous remercier pour votre accueil et je vous souhaite une bonne continuation.
Nous pensions avoir réservé 2 chambres différentes. Une pour ma copine et moi, et une seconde pour notre ami. Nous avons dormi dans le même appartement mais ce n’était pas dérangeant car les appartements sont grands. Cependant, cela reste un problème.
Bcq trop de clore dans la piscine, résultat, irritation de la peau.
Il n’y a ps de plage privée !!!

Ouverture tardive de la salle de sport (10h), faire du sport après le petit dej ce n’est pas l’idéal
