Solo la vista
Me había hospedado aquí y no me fue muy bien, volvi a hospedarme porque sinceramente tiene una vista muy bonita, pero esta vez no quisieron ni darme la habitación de reserve, hice una reserva para 2 habitaciones y tampoco querían darme 2 habitaciones, el personal es muy grosero, en especial el recepcionista de la noche, Fatal! Los baños huelen horrible! Realmente no vale la pena ni aun con la vista, no vayan jamas

The room is beautiful, the staff exceptionally helpful and the view from the balcony is absolutely unbeatable.
They’re currently renovating the property, so whilst this didn’t bother us, we had a few random people using our private balcony or moving our chairs, including guests from a wedding upstairs. The name of the hotel is also not on Google maps yet, so it can be hard to arrange pickup. We booked on Booking.com and found that the price was completely different (and far more expensive) when arriving. Suggest paying online if you can.

The hotel had a great location and was really clean. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Aya she paid attention to all the details and made my stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again!
Everything was great, but the breakfast could have been better. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay!
"I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, the property fell short in cleanliness. The kitchen staff didn’t use gloves while cooking, and the hotel room was dusty with dirty bed sheets. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and nice, which made the experience a bit better. I hope they can improve on the cleanliness aspect in the future!"
The room is clean and tidy
Hotel staff stated that we booked the wrong room. Can we fix it? We asked the question: They told us we had to upgrade the room. We accepted. They wanted cash. We didn't have that much money, so we decided to pay half in cash and half by card. They accepted this too. I paid half the money in cash. I paid half by card. However, the dark-skinned, round-faced male employee working at the reception there withdrew all the money needed for the room from his credit card. In other words, they took cash from me unnecessarily and defrauded me. I was deceived because I was tired from the road and could not notice the exchange rate changes.
