I think they should put on there Web site not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility problems as a very steep hill to climb. Once inside the hotel everything was great

Für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war bequem es war sauber im Hotel und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Kaum etwas was mir nicht gefallen hat außer dass die Frühstückszeiten recht begrenzt sind ich glaube es war 9 Uhr oder 9:30 Uhr meine Empfehlung wäre die Zeit auf 10 Uhr

Hilfsbereites Personal Das uns wertvolle Informationen geben konnte z.B Zum Zug der von Kandy nach Ella fährt über den man aber zur Zeit - nach dem schweren Unwetter fährt er sehr eingeschränkt und verkürzt - über offizielle Wege nichts erfahren kann.

Cons:

Schöni meint die Zimmer bräuchten eine Grundreinigung. Da hat sie recht, verschmutzte Ventilatoren, verstaubte Lampen und Spinnweben am Fenster. Das Hotel liegt erstaunlich weit oben am Berg,, entsprechend braucht man schon eine Weile zur Stadt.

El alojamiento aunque está un poco lejos del centro es perfecto para escapar de ruido de Kandy. Desayuno rico, personal amable y habitación limpia con balcón.

We stayed only one night but it was perfect for our onward journey. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful—we felt very welcome. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the room had a huge balcony with a beautiful jungle view. A very nice stay.

Cons:

the room looked clean, but many ants in the room and probably some fleas in the bed because I got many small bites and very itchy. the room is 302, maybe other rooms are good and no these problems.
