It’s a steep climb to get to the property from town. Ensure you get a receipt of payment.
Pros:

The room size was awesome, most of the staff were very accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff at reception were not so accommodating. The shower was not working well and did not offer any alternative like a bucket and scoop. Upon leaving I received a message stating we did not show at the booking. I requested a receipt of payment and Isuru (the person on reception) refused to provide one. After many an argument one was finally provided. A disappointing way to end our stay here and it felt as though I was getting scammed.

Wealthy person’s mansion converted to a hotel on the hill
Pros:

Great view. And very quiet. I liked the large balcony and English TV channels.

Cons:

Very old and not cleaned well, especially the bathroom. It’s hard to control water temperature, though ….But the view and tv compensated it.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good.
Overall, our stay was very pleasant, even though we only stayed for one night.
We booked one double room and one room with two separate beds, both were comfortable.
The bathrooms was very clean.

Cons:

To get to the hotel, you have to walk up a small hill.

Prima stadshotel, kamers schoon, balkon met mooi uitzicht.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met echt een prachtig privé balkon met goede stoelen en tafeltje. Het uitzicht over Kandy was echt geweldig. Heerlijke rustige plek om te zitten en op loopafstand van busstation en markt. Verder zeer gastvrije ontvangst, kregen zelfs een fruitmand aangeboden omdat wij dit hotel voor de 2e keer bezochten.

Hotel z pięknym widokiem z balkonu. Dla samego widoku warto się tu zatrzymać. Pokoje również bardzo ładne, smaczne śniadanie. Wszyscy w hotelu bardzo pomocni
