Overall it was just fine
Pros:

staff is fast and quick which is good

Cons:

1- When light goes your Air conditioner will stop. Automatically. No backup
2- they have mentioned but no fridge in apartment
3- black sheets on blankets. Those were not clean and i don’t want to touch those again
4- They asked me to pay while j was checking in. I am staying in hotels from last 2 years and this thing never happend with me. They always ask amount at checkout
5- their worker just came inside the aprtment seatinng area with out even knocking door. But i asked them take care of this and issue is resolved

Simple, basic new hotel with CCTV, security guard, good staff
Pros:

Just a simple, basic budget hotel - for sleeping and resting for a night or two. Courteous staff. Simple breakfast, good enough to calm morning hunger. Free parking in front of the hotel. Security guard. Clean. Value for money.

Cons:

We got a big room on the first/ground floor, with window facing the small street on the side of the hotel. Management should put a better locking system for the window. It seems the window could easily be opened from outside. We were not too worried though as there was a security guard making rounds outside the building. But still, better take precautions.
