Location great. Quite, nice view centrally located
Easy access to the beach.
Bathroom facilities really good.
Host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable.

The Suite was lovely and Clean and the beach was beautiful.

Everything was just perfect! Really nice room, everything new and super clean with sea view. It has also parking place. Owner is really nice guy, he helped us with all we needed, also recommended some nice restaurants.

Totul a fost perfect! Gazda a fost foarte amabila si atenta la nevoile noastre. Curatenia in camera s-a facut zilnic. Plaja este extrem de aproape de cazare. Peste drum este supermarket unde gasesti tot ce ai nevoie. Recomand cu incredere!

The staff were exceptional, especially Billy, they helped us out on multiple occasions which made our stay even better.
The location was perfect it was right next to the beach which was pristine.
The room itself was very good and there’s no complaints at all we had a lovely stay.

Clean, brand new and well located

Palm Tree was perfection. All the staff were so friendly and helpful in every sense. 1 minute and 5 second walk from apartment to beach. There is nothing I can criticise, beautiful holiday.

Very modern room and done out beautifully but a bit small, more like a hotel room, with tea and coffee making and small fridge. Lovely terrace with sea view. Beach towels provided which is always a plus. Very near to beach and restaurants and supermarket but off the road so quiet. Helpful English owners who own the bar nearby. Thank you for the wine and for letting us check out late.

Location

The location was amazing, right next to the beach with a snack bar behind and bar confront and supermarket across the road.The suite was renovated to a very high spec, clean, very comfortable and with all the amenities.The host was on hand for anything you wanted, very well run business, I would definitely return again.

Brand new, stylishly furnished, spacious apartment, 20m from the beach, very well conditioned. All the small and comfortable things are foreseen . Nice to have coffee in the morning from coffee machine in the small, from nicely equipped food corner, where you can find all the dish, which you might prepare breakfast or some small brunch. Extremely nice and comfortable. Host is very helpful trying to meet every request and give hints to nice places. All photos provided are 100% reality.

Super nice and clean apartment next to the beach. I especially liked the family business of Vassili. Direct and close contact. No matter what I needed, from refilling the soap to secret tips on the best things to do on the island, I was taken care of right away.

The family speaks perfect British English, so communication was flawless and without misunderstandings.

You always got a daybed on the beach, as the quiet beach bar (on a great sandy beach right outside the door) belongs to the family. And Alykes is just a lovely village where you have everything you need.

I can't imagine renting any other accommodation on Zakynthos in the future and would recommend it to everyone. Just 10/10. (I know it sounds like I get something to write this review but it's not the case, promise. I just love the apartment so much haha)

It is a family business, they have apartments, a bar, a restaurant on the beach, including sunbeds on the beach. What we really liked was the care with which they took care of the business. The apartment is very nice, everything is new, very well equipped with everything you need, including beach towels.
