Pros:

La ubicación es privilegiada. A la vuelta de plaza Santo Domingo. Todo cerca resto negocios todo.
El desayuno es abundante y te dan varias opciones.
La habitación es moderna con un estilo medieval. La atención excelente. Recomendable. Lo único que ara ir a las habitaciones se sube unas escaleras. Pero me gustó y lo recomiendo

El alojamiento es precioso, las habitaciones, el baño… la ubicación EXCELENTE. Es un lugar que transmite paz… estuvimos genial.
Te traen el desayuno a la puerta de tu habitación y nosotros lo pedimos un poco antes de la hora para llegar a tiempo al barco, y nos lo trajeron muy puntualmente. Todo excelente.

Very chic, very central accommodation in the heart of the historic centre district
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the historic centre. It is an easy walk to all the sights and loads of cafes, shops and restaurants on its doorstep. It is in a beautiful street and the rooms are very aesthetic. You get a mini fridge, big flatscreen TV and basic kitchen equipment (glasses and bottle openers) provided. There is a minibar and the air con is freezing cold if you want it to be.

The hotel messages you daily to ask for your breakfast choice, but it is quite limited. Basically eggs, some kind of carbs, fruit, coffee and juice. For me the portions were fine, but if you like a big breakfast you might be disappointed. That said it's free so I was happy enough with it.

Everything is very high tech, you get a code to open the door and your room which worked very smoothly. But be aware that there are no staff there overnight, though they were very responsive over WhatsApp when my laundry was put away in the wrong place.

Cons:

The layout of the room is pretty challenging as the bed is up some precarious stairs. You honestly wouldn't want to climb them if you have any mobility issues and if you want to go to the loo in the night you will have to navigate them as the bathroom is downstairs. There is no clothes storage in the bedroom, it's all downstairs in the living area.

The room is quite dark too, there are lots of lights but even with them all on it's pretty dimly lit.

The room was cleanish, but look into the corners and it's a bit of a different story, but not bad enough to put you off staying there.

The shower is only ever lukewarm, which isn't that pleasant if you have the aircon on in the room, which you probably will as Cartagena is HOT.

There is no communal area to sit other than some very hot and dark sofas in the atrium, which I never saw anyone use. So you can't relax anywhere other than your room, which is something to keep in mind.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a unos pasos de la Plaza de Santo Domingo, al momento de reservar revisen que las habitaciones tengan ventana, ya que hay algunas habitaciones que no tienen ninguna ventana ni ventilación. El personal muy amable, y muy recomendado si están buscando ubicación en el centro.
