Cons:

The guesthouse has too many insects.
The bathroom is constantly flooded.
The staff doesn't have a specific cleaning schedule.
The water pump is too noisy.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geht es gerade so, weil die Lage gut ist.
Pros:

- Die Lage ist sehr gut. Egal, ob man zum Zentrum, also Richtung Mekong und Nachtmarkt oder zu den Tempeln bzw. dem Patuxai (Triumpbogen) möchte, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

- Hotel bietet Wäscheservice an, ABER (s.u.)

Cons:

Zimmer 222:
- Badezimmer: Wenn man duscht, ist auch die Toilette komplett nass (siehe Bild).

- Das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen nie gemacht, es wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob was gemacht werden soll, und es gab auch kein Schild, welches man hätte an die Tür hängen können. So war der Mülleimer und alles daneben halt bald voller Getränkeflaschen.

- Die Klimaanlage im Raum ist laut, so dass man sie zum Schafen abstellen muss.
Auf dem Balkon sind neben dem Außengerät der Klimaanlage für den eigenen Raum auch noch drei weitere Klimageräte für andere Räume. Dass das nicht so hübsch ist, kann man sich denken, aber vor allem hat man den Geräuschpegel bei sich am Zimmer.

- Das Internet ist in Laos generell oft nicht sehr gut, aber hier war es - von vorher ca. 15 Hotels auf dieser Rundreise - definitiv am schlechtesten.

- Die Stühle sind unbequem (hierbei muss ich hinzu sagen, dass ich 191cm groß und auch nicht der Schmalste bin).

- Die Wäsche (ca. 1,5kg) hat 2 Tage gedauert und wurde dann einfach nur in eine Tüte gestopft. -> Wenn Bedarf ist, dann besser in einer Wäscherei abgeben. Dort bekommt man für das gleich Geld dann alles ordentlich zusammengelegt und kann sich ggf. auch die Hemden bügeln lassen.

Worth the money.. the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I like the bed..it was soft and clean. The aircondition works well too. The area is good where some of the attractions are just in a walking distance.

Cons:

For my overall stay.. nothing to dislike so far.

Housing for the very unpretentious at an inflated price.
Cons:

We booked two rooms with double beds, but the hotel staff said they didn't have two rooms with double beds and offered us a room with bunk beds.
The rooms look much worse than in the photo.
The rooms and bathrooms are very small and very, very old. The bed linens look dirty.

El baño del cuarto no cerraba la puerta, a parte en la noche escuchamos las garras de animal en el techo y luego revisamos y había este popo no sé de qué animal, a parte el baño botaba agua todo el tiempo

Très bien placé, pas cher.

Cons:

Les touristes Chinois ou/et Coréens sont passés par là, ils ne parlent pas, ils crient, ils font le ram-dam jusqu'à 2:00 h du matin. Il n'y a personne de l'établissement pour faire cesser ce vacarme. C'est la pire nuit d'hotel de ma vie.

Öncelikle konumu gerçekten çok iyi , etrafında pastahane , big c , cafeler ve çok hoş bir park vardı . Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde . Rahatlıkla tüm olanaklara yürüyerek bile ulaşabilirsiniz . Odamızı değiştirmek zorunda kalmıştık . Odamız güzeldi , balkonluylu , genel olarak temizdi ama çarşafları sanırım tam anlamıyla güzel temizleyemiyorlar . Hafif ve değişik bir kokusu vardı . Onun haricinde oda genişti . Lobide kısa süre oturup çalışabileceğiniz masalar mevcut ve lobideki internet de düzgün bir şekilde çalışıyordu .

Cons:

İlk odamız resmen penceresizdi ve hemen çalışanlardan odamızı değiştirmelerini rica ettik bunun karşılığında bizden 200.000 kip daha istediler . Değiştirdiğimiz odadaki banyo aşırı derecede küçüktü öyleki duş alırken bile zorlanabilirsiniz . Banyoda ilk geldiğimizde her yeri ıslaktı . Odamızda da internet çok kötüydü , bunu bildirmemize rağmen düzeltmek için herhangi bir şey yapmadılar .
