Good overall
Pros:

Location is good , the stree just behind hotel is bustling place for food clothing cafes etc

Cons:

1- Room cleaning service are for limited hours , it must be as per customer need or atleast when we went outside we asked to clean the room left our keys at reception but they told that room cleaning is only from 2-5 pm .

Pros:

When I landed in bangalore airport to the hotel, I called them twice and asked all facilities and other details. They never opened their mouth about "GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED" When I reached the hotel in got this surprise. While my to hotel I booked URBAN CLAP for Saloon service, since I had a very important meeting next day 11 to 1400. The receptionist was very strict. And When I raised my voice they opened their mouth about that they won't allow any guest inside room. WTH are you guys living in 1940. Obviously like business/IT people needed to meet Clients. Do I need to take Client to you worst trace and to have meetings. ????

I simply walked for any 2 kms and found another hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE, BUSINESS PEOPLE'S PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

Cons:

Location, Staff, cleanness, Security, TOTALLY WASTE I WANNA GIVE 0/10 BUT NO OPTION SO GIVING 1/10.

AECS location was convenient to attend to professional commitments in Whitefield. Room was neat and comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

Food wasn't great. No alcohol served in the restaurant. And there was cigarette smell in the room the first day

Not happy with it, a lot of faults and was not a peaceful stay
Pros:

The property was at a good quiet spot and the staff were really friendly as well

Cons:

There were a lot of issues with the room, the AC had a leak and I asked someone to come check it out and they never did. The fan made a loud noise everytime it spun and it was really annoying. The shower was fully broken and the water would not come out properly and had to keep pressing the button every second. Overall, the room was not great and did not enjoy the stay.
