Pros:

Hôtel très loin du centre de la ville, personnel désagréable ne répondant pas au téléphone ni aux messages ou alors 6h après.
Accueil difficile ils ne parlent pas anglais c’est le seul hôtel de Taïwan où j’ai eu des problemes

Located next to a metro station, practical !
Pros:

Capsule is great, for some privacy and good rest. A bit hard to regulate the AC/fan inside but that's necessary in such a setup. Located right next to a metro station. Staff was nice!

Cons:

Common women bathroom was not the cleanest in the mirror area but a cleaning team looked to pass often

不知道是不是剛好前一位洗澡的人落髮比較多，所以我進去的那間浴室地上有滿多毛髮的，但住的感覺還是不錯

Pretty comfortable, good location. Good value.
Pros:

The location is pretty convenient being right next to both the bus and train station. The capsules are spacious enough that I’d stay for over a week and not mind. The bathrooms and facilities are definitely older than others but it’s still very comfortable and the vanity is certainly bigger than other hotels with actual seats infront of Hollywood mirrors to actually take your time in. The staff are super sweet and polite.

Cons:

The facilities are a bit in the older side and there is dust on the roofs and under the capsules but it’s standard for all the hotels I’ve been to.
The dryer is not the most efficient as it’s a household dryer only, I put my clothes in there for over an hour and it was still damp but it was fine as I was able to hang them out overnight.

第二次入住黑熊~這次也是因為演唱會的原因入住,中午寄放行李時,因為擔心晚上演唱會結束時間延遲會耽誤辦理入住的時間,而詢問相關事宜,親切的櫃檯小姐(感覺是主管或老闆娘✨)在了解我的狀況後體貼的為我想辦法&給予許多叮嚀,讓我能夠非常安心的前往觀賞演唱會,真的非常感謝與感動❤️入住後遇到問題時櫃檯也都會隨時親切支援✨兩次住黑熊都感到非常安心舒適,下次來台北玩也會想選擇黑熊😊
