Cons:

Enda anledningen till att det inte är en stjärna är priset. Deras system att bara prata med en kamera funkar inte riktigt när saker saknas på rummet och de inte svarar. Det fanns inte täcken till oss alla. Det fanns ett glas för 4 vuxna att dela på. Det fanns en toarulle för 4 vuxna att dela på. Och ”24” timmarsservicen gäller tydligen inte, är mer en 3-timmarsservice lite när de känner för det. Allt var skandalöst.

For the price and location it was quite nice, it was small but that was anticipated. Just very cold.

It was extremely cold, there was barely any heating and the bedding did not keep me very warm.

Pros:

Fantastic location, in the heart of Gamla Stan. Room was small, but had everything we needed for our visit.

Önskar två täcken till två personer i bäddsoffan.
Ostädat under sängen.
Spring och oljud i trapphuset fram till 05:00.

Positivt, men fortsätt arbeta med service via kameror/telefon.
Pros:

En effektiv och välstädad vistelse. Mycket trevlig personal på plats. Personal på plats räddade kvällen när de hjälpte till att hitta rätt rum, då personal på distans inte svarade på anrop.

Cons:

Det var otroligt svårt att få kontakt med distanspersonal. Detta måste ni arbeta på. Jag försökte nå distanspersonalen i över tjugo minuter utan framgång. Till slut löstest problemet av personal på plats.

Très bon emplacement, appartement propre, mais avec de gros problèmes d'équipements.
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, en plein coeur de la ville.

Cons:

La chambre standard que nous avons loué n'a pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvre, ce qui n'est absolument pas agréable.
De plus, les ampoules étaient cassées, nous avons demandé à les changer mais cela n'a pas été fait.

Nice flat in the Old town but barely warm
Pros:

Nice flat in Gamla stan, perfect for a walk in the Old Town When tourists are gone. Romantic view on roofs

Cons:

The house is cold and is equipped only With the essential. No corkscrew, no colander. In 3 days with kids it would be fine to have at least the possibility to change some towels.

Not again! Better pay a bit more and choose another apartment close by. Trust the booking rating!

No communication through booking messages
No cleaning service after 3 days as promised
Not enough amenities in the apartment (4 people <> 2 chairs, 2 glasses, 2 knife’s…) compared to the people booked into it
Shower running over
Dirty floors when moving in
No good soundproofing to neighbors
Were checked in to a room type we haven’t booked, complained but never got feedback from the property.
