La vista desde las habitaciones es increíble y está ubicado en una para compartir un momento perfecto, cerca a playas hermosas y a lugares para consumir alimentos y comprar bebidas. Caminé toda la isla y es muy tranquilo

Nice location but very unhygienic rooms. Bedbugs and mold

The location was good

Cons:

The rooms were not clean at all. Very dirty, mold on the ceilings and bedbugs all over. Our body’s are full of rashes which gave us a lot of discomfort, stress and itches. We wanted to wash our clothes and the staff even charged us 12$ for it. We sent a email but no reaction yet.

È la terza volta che alloggio qui con la mia famiglia e mi trovo benissimo. Personale super attento e disponibile alle esigenze dei clienti, colazione ottima, sicurezza nei cibi, pulito, aria condizionata.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e aiuta volentieri anche nella ricerca di tour e attività da fare nell’isola
Vicino a una succursale bancolombia, a un supermercato, un pub e a due ristoranti locali
Sicuramente li sceglierò di nuovo

Pros:

Buena relación costo beneficio, ricos los desayunos, muy amable el personal, minimercado, restaurantes, playa de aguadulce y centros de buceo cerca.

Cons:

No doy la califación más alta por causa externa al hotel; a pocos metros hay un local en donde ponen música a alto volumen hasta altas horas de la noche, especialmente en Providencia no se espera tener esta incomodidad.

Great stay, amazing ocean views, great customer service, excellent breakfast!
Pros:

Great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Accommodated our request even though we arrived much earlier than the check in time. The front desk girl was incredibly nice and helped to arrange tours we wanted to do and provided suggestions for activities and restaurants. The balcony provided incredible views of the ocean and the luscious vegetation of the island. The breakfast was really good and the crew working the dining area were the best. Loved this place and will definitely return!

Cons:

Ther pool area could be a little more welcoming. They were in the process of retouching paint while we were there, but it just needs a little more of an ambiance to make it more welcoming.

Good price for an excellent place
Pros:

The room was clean, the bead was comfortable, we had our own balcony to hang our things to dry them. Breakfast was good. It is close to several restaurants.

Cons:

I didn't like the way you lock the door we had to put a stool next to the door in case anyone of the cleaning service would open the door.
