A special building to stay
Pros:

The lady who looks after this place, Alika, is truly wonderful. She introduced us to a very friendly taxi driver, whom we used for our entire stay in Kinmen. Alika also went out of her way to send back items we accidentally left in the room, which we really appreciated.

She also helped us find a way to book ferry tickets to Xiamen. As Klook requires bookings to be made three days in advance (which we had missed), Alika showed us a Chinese app that allows short-notice bookings, which was incredibly helpful.

The accommodation is set in a traditional Ming-style building, which is very special and perfect for a short stay. There is also a short tunnel located nearby, adding to the unique local experience. A FamilyMart convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away.

Cons:

The location is a little far from the main town centre. If you plan to take Bus Routes A or B (operated by Taiwan Haoxing) to explore the western side of Kinmen, staying in Jincheng town centre is a better option. If you want to take Routes C or D to visit the eastern or northern areas, then Jinhu town centre is more convenient. These four bus routes mainly focus on Kinmen’s historical and cultural attractions.

Both Jincheng and Jinhu town centres offer plenty of food options and shops. Alternatively, taking a taxi to get around is another good option. We personally prefer natural landscapes, so using a taxi worked very well for us. The people in Kinmen are very kind and friendly — our taxi driver even helped take many photos for us.

One small suggestion for improvement would be daily towel changes. We used the same towels for our entire stay, which felt a little uncomfortable.

It is also helpful to inform Alika of your arrival time in advance. Check-in is from 3:00 pm, and if you arrive earlier, there may be no one available to answer the door.

簡約、舒適的古厝民宿！地點很好找，床很好睡，熱水也夠熱👍。但我覺得最厲害的是闆娘的早餐，提供在地美食，每餐都很好吃😋闆娘的餐廳口袋清單也都很美味，另外還推薦了好多無人的私房景點，討厭人擠人的我們超級喜歡，感謝這幾天的照顧！有住宿的朋友可以去開開貓洞的小門喔，會有驚喜😆

很棒的旅宿，氣氛像自己家一樣自在

老闆娘非常親切~
跟租車行有合作，會比較便宜
每天早餐闆娘會買不一樣的在地早餐，都很好吃
瓊林聚落位置方便、風光優美，附近也有便利商店

Cons:

房間的窗戶是舊式木框+活動式紗網，如果要開窗冷氣會跑掉，有點可惜

闆娘很用心準備金門當地的特色早餐，不僅暖胃也暖心。古厝維護的很好，整體乾淨寬敞，住起來相當舒適。闆娘也很熱心介紹金門當地的特色咖啡店、景點，真的很用心的在經營。

2晚閔氏古厝體驗，洗的舒服、睡得好+在吃到道地早餐，就已經想好怎麼寫評論了，推薦值得一住。
Pros:

閔氏建築內外空間舒適，跟照片一模一樣ㄟ舒適。現代化浴室蓮蓬頭還裝有數位溫度感測器，新的體驗讓人驚艷。要不是離金門有一段距離，實在很應該每隔幾年要來固定回訪住宿說～ ♻️旅店送的文青布包，真的很喜愛，打算放在登機箱跟著走訪各地🙏
