OK til prisen, trænger lidt til istandsættelse. God morgenmad.
Pros:

Fint stort værelse, gode parkeringspladser i garage. God morgenmad hvor der ikke var for mange folk.

Cons:

Gangarealer er meget slidte. Balkondør kunne ikke åbne - var det kun en enkelt overnatning så vi lod det bare stå til.

3 Day Disappointing stay.
Pros:

The View from balcony once you got past all the seagull poop all over, jacuzzi tub-not clean as liked, night stands nice & fireplace was cozy. Breakfast down stairs was a winner, but with our room experience, I wondered how clean kitchen was.

Cons:

Room stunk like old mop water, Found hair by dryer, dead fly on mirror, & socks turned black 1st night. Found someone Air tag on table. Internet sucked watching TV-spinning wheel & last night someone IPhone kept trying to connect to out TV. ROOF TOP area was so disappointing & filthy with seagulls poop & urine smell. Bed hard as ROCK & squeak every time you turned over. Hotel was filthy on 3rd floor room 308 & parking sucked on weekend.

Cons:

There was an awful odor that ruined the experience everything we opened our door.
I think we were on the pet floor as there were pet stains throughout the entire hallway, made it feel dirty walking in.

The staff was nice but the hotel is horrible, I wouldn’t recommend this, the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Only thing we did like was the morning breakfast, it wasn’t too bad

Cons:

The bed was severely uncomfortable, it was equivalent to the floor. The walls were dirty, bird droppings all over the patio, bathroom door provided zero privacy, extremely large gap, was not flush to the wall as it should be. The hallway to the rooms was very dirty and stained and the photos were very deceiving. Had a horrible odor

It was an okay experience overall, could’ve been way better

The location was great

Cons:

The fridge in our room was so loud and the door gap to the hallway was so big that the light at night was super bright. I had to put a towel under the door to stop the light from coming in.

Good value and location
Pros:

Room was spacious and convenient location. Clean room

Cons:

We had a room connected to our and each night there were (different) families with small children (unrelated to us) and we could hear every word spoken and every tantrum thrown . I would suggest not getting a room that’s connected to another if your party doesn’t need that. My main complaint would be noise.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and included a fireplace which we enjoyed. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the rooftop looking at Morro Rock, it was beautiful. The breakfast was very good. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall the hotel is a great deal and the staff are super friendly.
Pros:

The ladies at the front desk were the most helpful and amazing during our stay. They made the trip effortless for us from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay and they helped get that all set up while we were out taking a tour of Hearst Castle. The breakfast was really nice including hot eggs, sausage, and waffles- not a normal continental breakfast. The happy hour with wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit was amazing. We made new friends while sipping our wine next to the fire pit on the new rooftop deck!

Cons:

The beds weren’t that comfortable. We had trouble with the bath tub- we had to use the shower head to fill the tub. Both rooms we used did not have a screen and one of the balconies was so small it only had one chair.
