Great getaway spot
Pros:

The room was very spacious, a little dark, but very roomy. The happy hour wine and the rooftop deck were excellent for sunsets. Great parking and close to everything. Great property!

Cons:

Lighting in the interior of the room is a little dark. Had a great table to use for cards etc, but there was not enough light

Amazing staff good breakfast and amazing views from the rooftop!
Pros:

The location is within walking distance of everything we did from coffee to dinner and lunch they don’t charge for you to park your car on the property definitely going back!

Wonderful location and beautiful virws from the balcony and roof top. Clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly snd

The rooftop area was lovely. We enjoyed our wine while taking in the views and sunset.

Cons:

Everything was nice, we enjoyed our weekend stay. The only reason I rated a 9 rather than a perfect 10 is because we could here the guests in the room next to us talking. The man had a booming voice that came right through the wall. The breakfast could have been a bit better. The space for that area is so small, I get it, we’ve experienced far better “breakfast included” stays.

Great stay.
Pros:

Fabulous property located in the heart of Morro Bay. Excellent location and very spacious rooms.

Cons:

Decor wasn’t the best but for 1 night it was perfect.

Over all clean and decent. Eventually, once we were able to plug the jacuzzi tub drain was good
Pros:

One of the better hotel breakfasts.

Cons:

Pictures made it look like balcony was over looking the water. All balconies looked like they were facing the street. Some of the most west facing balconies looked like they were closest to over viewing the water, but they didn't have anything on the 3rd floor so we got put on second. Basically a street view.

I loved the ambiance, the location, and the city itself.
The receptionist was very nice and even accommodated our late check out time

Cons:

I unfortunately found a urine stain on the toilet on arrival, sink design was awk
