Bed bugs are there in the hotel room and the app shows prices and in the hotel people collect more and more money and not good also
Charged extra money other than the booking price and had given us a dirty room.. then we had to ask for a change in room

The price is reasonable but the hotel surroundings are too bad for people because outsiders keep on smoking.
I stayed 2 days but no room service was provided, and the mattress had bed bugs I think .

Staff asked to pay 400 extra than the booked price. All the waste had been kept outside the rooms and the corridors were dirty. Bad behaviour by the staff
