Great apartment but A/C was broken, making it a sauna
Pros:

Modern apartment, clean with everything you needed

Cons:

A/c was not working for the first 24 hours making our stay very uncomfortable. Poor communication between various members of staff/maintenance workers while we tried to resolve this issue. No compensation was offered

The property was in a perfect location for Broadway and also the beautiful area of East Nashville, Property was clean and furnished to a brilliant standard with everything you could need during a stay

Location was ok an only a 10 minute ride on a bus into nashville an big bathrooms very nice apartment would definitely go back there

Okay pricing- not very clean
Pros:

The property itself was fine.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the sheets had pet hair and what looked to be dog prints on the sheets. The walls are paper thin- hence the ear plugs they leave for you.

The apartment was good with all the amenities I needed very comfortable and new

Cons:

Unfortunately there was an issue with cleaning it was a little below where it should be there was hairs in the bed sheets floor was bit grime but the biggest issue is the noise from the surrounding bars or clubs that have barbecues and outside music or chatting until the small hours 2-3am didn't sleep to well due to this, also there is a lack of security to the door of the apartment no secondary lock or chain to add that piece of mind while sleeping, all in all pretty good

Could have been better.
Pros:

Central location to city sites. Very private.

Cons:

Showers were very slick and no grab bar. Furniture was very uncomfortable. Beds were low quality. Dishwasher very loud.
