A nice location, room was good and worked well. A self service place has quite a different feel to a normal hotel, more like an apartment which for some reason I wasn’t expecting but does make sense

Location is great. Near train station and subway.

Cons:

It is not a hotel, there is no reception/front desk. Nobody works here and they don't pick up the phone even when booking.com calls them. The room looks different than the pictures listed on booking.com.
It is not a 4 star hotel.
The bathroom door was falling apart.

The room hasn't been vacuum cleaned since WW2. There was hair on my bed. Breakfast is very small with very little options. You can definitely have a way, way better breakfast for 15 euros.
Elevator is super tiny, you barely can fit with your luggage.

If you can, pick a different place.
