Pros:

Llegamos antes de la hora del chek in y nos dejaron entrar en la habitación. Les doy las gracias enormemente porque veníamos muy cansados del viaje. Muy buena ubicación, aunque para desplazarte para los sitios turísticos tienes que coger Uber o transporte porque Medellín es muy grande, pero está al lado de Provenza donde puedes ir andando para cenar o tomar una cerveza.

Cons:

Aunque no sea tan malo pero la habitación es sin ventana y el desayuno es sencillo.

Cons:

Die Fotos der Zimmer stimmen leider nicht mit der Realität überein und es riecht nach Feuchtigkeit. Die Betten sind gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, da ein großer Spalt unter der Tür ist. Es ist sehr laut und man hört alles. Das Frühstück war lecker aber übersichtlich da 2 Damen es individuell zubereiten.

Reservamos este hotel com base nas fotos e na descrição publicadas no Booking. No entanto, o quarto que nos foi atribuído não correspondia ao que é anunciado na plataforma.

A acomodação não possuía janela, era extremamente escura e apresentava odor desagradável. As condições estavam muito abaixo do padrão mostrado nas imagens do anúncio.

Após nossa reclamação, fomos informadas de que existem quartos “superiores”, com melhor estrutura e ventilação. Contudo, essa distinção não é apresentada de forma clara no momento da reserva. Não há indicação transparente de categorias diferentes que justifiquem a entrega de um quarto visivelmente inferior ao padrão divulgado.

Pagamos por um quarto conforme o que é anunciado. A acomodação entregue não refletia essa expectativa mínima.

Diante das condições encontradas, optamos por deixar o hotel e reservar outra hospedagem imediatamente, o que gerou custo adicional não previsto.

Não recomendamos a hospedagem, especialmente para quem busca correspondência entre o que é anunciado e o que é efetivamente entregue.

IF they were actually organized and make sure their systems work, the place would be okay.

Cons:

The property owner has two different properties with the same name. The two rooms we booked were for the higher end version. But when we got there, the owner had given one of our rooms away. After a pretty heated discussion, we as in my group, came up with the solution to stay for the first night on the lower end version. Let me be very clear the owner was the one that pointed out how in their system someone had changed the rooms we booked. But first, she blamed us for using booking instead of directly them. Secondly, she tried to say we had booked the lower end version of the room. When I showed her the photos of the rooms, that’s she blamed booking again. Her only solution was I’ll give you the money back and tried to leave us on the street. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. Not only they initially blamed the customer but also their lack of due diligence to check the system they are using is working correctly, it’s absurd.

Pros:

Todo muy bien, la chica muy amable la habitación estaba limpia y muy nueva, lo están reformando el sitio.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó es que no había ventana en la habitación, pero no tiene ninguna importancia para dos noches que hicimos, el desayuno también un poco limitado, pero en general todo bien.

Bien pero habitaciones con fuerte olor y no todas las mascotas son bienvenidas

Cons:

1. La habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte a pintura, considero que si están recién pintadas no deberían ser ofrecidas, en mi caso soy muy alérgica con los olores, al día siguiente desperté con riñitis.
2. Íbamos con un perro y a pesar que lo advertimos personas del personal nos dijeron comentarios como “el perro está como grande, no ?” Si es un hotel Pet friendly eso no debería importar, si no en ese caso simplemente no acepten mascotas si tampoco pueden estar en lugares comunes.
