Al menos no me cobraron por la reserva
Cuando llegue me dijeron que las habitaciones estaban ocupadas y no habían tenido en cuenta mi reserva
La ubicación es excelente, ideal para desplazarse con facilidad. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad y disposición del personal, quienes hicieron la estancia aún más agradable. Las instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, destacándose por su limpieza y comodidad

Reserve el lugar con 20 días de antelación , aceptaron la reserva y hoy que llegue al lugar me dicen que no tienen habitación que no saben quien ni porque se aceptó la reserva y la opción es irme a otro hotel en otra zona diferente a la requerida contando con tiempo y comodidad dado que ofertan también en otro hotel habitación compartida dado que 3 personas más estaban con el mismo inconveniente. Sobrevenden y uno llega confiado a descargar y se encuentra con que no tiene habitacion.

La atencion de la señora de recepcion fue excelente, muy atenta y servicial.
En el primer piso del hotel está ubicado un bar, toda la noche el ruido de la música fue impresionante y no pude dormir
Good location within walking distance of a lot of things.
It's very noisy both inside and outside the hotel. And it's quite small. I don't think the room is anywhere close to hundred and thirty square meters as advertised... perhaps they meant square feet.
