Good location, old hotel but can do it if you stay 1 or 2 days in Tunis for work
Pros:

Good location, great breakfast, the staff also was lovely

Cons:

facilities didn't meet my expectations as the pool was closed due to renovation. Value was also low as it was very expensive for what it is

Overdid my expectations, amazing team
Pros:

I am an extremely frequent traveler and have stayed in many luxury resorts and high-end hotels around the world, so my standards are very high. The Mora Sahara Tozeur truly exceeded them in every way.

Arrival and check-in were seamless and efficient — no long waiting, and everything was clearly explained with great attention to detail. The room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped.

Breakfast was outstanding. The chef took the time to speak with guests personally, and everything I ordered — even off-menu — was prepared exactly as requested and delivered promptly.

The spa experience was one of the best I’ve ever had, especially the hammam treatment, which was incredibly thorough and included several masks not normally offered elsewhere.

I also booked a tour at short notice, and within 30 minutes everything was perfectly arranged with an excellent English-speaking guide.

At checkout, I was running late and had extra luggage. Nizar Saidi, the Guest Experience Manager, resolved everything effortlessly — including extra luggage without an additional charge — which truly reflected the hotel’s high service level.

Overall, it was an exceptional stay with outstanding service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Le chef de réception du soir nous a menacé de prélever l'argent même en cas d'annulation

Le chef de réception un certain walid qui a travaillé le soir . Il est désagréable, mercantile, malhonnête. Il a voulu me faire payer en cash 145 € alors que la chambre été payée par un ami sur Booking par carte bancaire.

هذه ربما خامس مرة أقيم فيها في الفندق لقربه من المطار .. ولكن للأسف يبدوا ان الشركة المشغلة تغيرت أو لا أعرف ماذا حصل .. ليلة كاملة وأنا أتصل بالريسبشن من داخل الغرفة ولا رد منهم .. لو كنت أرغب في سكن بدون خدمات لكنت اخترت شقة في احد المباني بثلث المبلغ .. ولكن فندق 5 نجوم لا يقدم مساعدة طارئة لنزيل تعرض لوعكة صحية أعتقد انها تحتاج وقفة حتى من وزارة السياحة ومواقع الحجز لمراجعة التصنيف
