Pros:

Un hotel tipico a gestione tunisina. Camera spaziosa e decentemente pulita, bagno non troppo grande ma sufficiente. Buona accoglienza del personale, ragazzi giovani e di buona volontà

Cons:

La sala colazioni non era pulitissima, al mattino presto il pavimento era già sporco. Non c'era la possibilità di avere pane tostato ed i camerieri erano abbastanza distratti. Nulla di nuovo in Nord Africa ma da notare. La qualità del cibo era complessivamente dignitosa.

Disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and smoke odors.

Decepción para ser un 5 estrellas.
Pros:

Ubicacion cercana al aeropuerto.
El restaurante en la octava planta, buenisimo

Cons:

El personal muy poco servicial.

Le personnel est très gentil et bienveillant. J’y ai séjourné 4 jours. Cependant, j’ai rencontré un problème : on m’a prélevé en dinars un montant supérieur à celui prévu sur Booking. Je m’en suis rendu compte après coup et j’ai donc fait une réclamation.
On m’a d’abord proposé un remboursement en dinars, ce qui ne me convenait pas puisque j’étais à la fin de mon voyage. J’ai dû rappeler et insister pour qu’ils acceptent de me rembourser en euros. Ils m’ont expliqué qu’ils n’avaient pas suffisamment de fonds disponibles, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un établissement 5 étoiles, surtout pour restituer 199 €. Finalement, j’ai été remboursée en espèces, en dollars et en euros. Or, le dollar et l’euro n’ont pas le même taux de change, ce qui peut entraîner une perte et reste peu professionnel dans ce contexte. J’ai bien été remboursée, mais l’expérience reste assez mauvaise.
De plus, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, je trouve l’état des salles de bain assez négligé : il y a du calcaire incrusté un peu partout, ce qui n’est pas digne de ce standing. Le hall de réception, en revanche, est très joli. Le ménage est bâclé : étant convalescente, j’ai pu observer sa réalisation, et j’ai constaté que les femmes de ménage lavaient les tasses et les cuillères dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Les chambres ne sont pas suffisamment désinfectées, ce qui est préoccupant dans un lieu accueillant de nombreux visiteurs.
En revanche, la nourriture était impeccable. En tant que personne convalescente, j’ai pu très bien me nourrir sur place. Le personnel est resté bienveillant tout au long de mon séjour.
