I will book with them again in the future because they offer excellent safety and cleanliness and good service.
Pros:

The hotel and the room is beautiful, elegant, super clean and excellent breakfast and room service restaurants also near to the airport.
What impressed me was the way the management, especially the hotel manager and the restaurant manager, treated me with such sincerity and honesty. There was an error in the room service bill for food always keep the receipt , and the required amount was refunded promptly and accurately.
Definitely, I will come back again.

Cons:

You have to request the slippers and toothpaste. There was a problem with water leaking from the shower into the toilet. Room service for the resturent needs improvement in responding quickly to guests.

Sinon, une chambre au 1er étage qui ne donne pas sur la rue serait top pour la prochaine fois.

I would not stay here again

The only good thing was the spa. The responsable person was very nice, same as Rima.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the pictures. It is not 4-5 starts proper hotel. It it quite pricey and the rooms and corridor were not clean. You could see ok the dust in the windows. The bed was not very comfortable either. The view from the room was not nice and it was as bit noisy.
The breakfast was varied but not good quality.
Half of the staff was very attentive, some did not care.

The Wi-Fi was free and worked well. One of the staff members was very friendly and cheerful.

Cons:

The cleanliness was below expectations. The room was somewhat clean, but the hallways were very dirty, and the carpets were not clean. There was also a smell of smoke and sometimes food odors. The bed was uncomfortable, and the towels were very old and of poor quality. In addition, the location was far from services and in an isolated area.
