Arnaque !
Pros:

Réservation fantôme. Une fois arrivés sur place l’adresse ne correspondait pas du tout à un hôtel et le numéro de téléphone sonnait dans le vide . Nous avons ensuite reçu un message Watsapp nous informant que l’hôtel était fermé suite à des problèmes d’électricité alors que notre réservation a été acceptée 3h . Attention c’est une arnaque qui nous a été par la suite confirmée par les gardiens du Visitor Center. Le but étant de nous rediriger vers un campement 3 fois plus cher .

Pros:

Super Lage, außerhalb von Wadi Rum. Sehr nettes Personal, es wurde so gut nach mir geschaut. Ob ich Dinner hatte (sehr große vielfältige Auswahl), und Abend ging es zum Sternen gucken (inklusive)

Beautiful place 10/10
Pros:

A wonderful stay! I highly recommend doing the jeep tour through the desert — the bubble was incredibly comfortable with beautiful views, and the sunset is absolutely stunning. Ideally, spend two nights to enjoy it even more.
Ibrahim is a very kind and approachable person, always willing to help. The staff were all 10/10 — helpful, informative, and truly hospitable.

The stay was so amazing that I did not expect the breathtaking views we encountered. The location between the mountains. The rooms are very clean. The food is amazing. They have something called zarb which is rice, chicken, potatoes, and carrots put inside an underground barrel and cooked over charcoal. It tastes great. In addition, they have very good service. They also have trips to the desert to see heritage sites. For those who want a great experience in Wadi Rum, I highly recommend this location as it is really beautiful and value for money. We also thank our leader Basel who was with us the whole time.

Not very clean, beds were uncomfortable, not welcoming. Asking extremely high price for 2 hour jeap ride per person. Please do not book activities with them. Do your search because they ask 3 times high price for activities and forced you to buy from them.

Everyone must stay here and experience this at least once
Pros:

Heard a lot about these camps and some turning out to be a scam but this was not the case for Banyan luxury Camp! Experience was amazing. Ibrahim was on hand to assist from start to end, confirming prior to arrival of where to come, followed us to the camp, checked us in and kept checking we were happy throughout our stay.

Cons:

Limited food options however food that was available was very nice. Local cuisine

Sehr schöne Lage, von der Hauptstrasse gut erreichbar. Tolle Tourangebote. Schöne Ausstrattung der Bubbles und tolle Gemeinschaftsräume. Tolle Zubereitung des traditionellen Abendessens.
